Stay away from locked and loaded. This company commits fraud by charging a 15% cancellation fee. They will try and trick you with a bunch of B.S. on their website they try and get you to agree to. Don't fall for it.
File a charge back against them and a complaint with master card and visa.

These reviews had me a little nervous. I think the problem is people only bother to leave a review when the have a bad experience. I had a fantastic experience. They shipped the pistol next day and I had it at my FFL in less than a week. It was $40 cheaper than anywhere else.

Some of their processes are decent, but seriously, a 10-working-day lead time. That is insane. Then, if you cancel an order before they have done anything with it, you can get a gift card or pay them 15% minus shipping (when nothing is shipped) for the privilege of having the money refunded to your card. While I am sure they are not scammers, it is a strict interpretation, but I imagine they make a ton of money keeping 15% whenever someone realizes they have the longest lead time in the industry. Unless it is an absolute creaming deal and you want to wait avoid this company at all costs.

I had been trying to purchase a Springfield Kuna online for a while and they seemed to sell out before I was able to get my hands on one. I finally found one on the Locked & Loaded site (Locked Loaded on the BBB site), and it was $150 LESS than MSRP, so I was slightly suspicious. I did some quick research and found some negative reviews, but after reading the reviews I realized they all seemed related to the customer's inability to read.

As a customer, do your due diligence and READ! The internet is not a giant picture book. The L&L website clearly states right in front of your big dumb face, "Image / title / or description may not be the actual representation of the item. Please verify the item by researching the UPC number with the manufacturer." Translation - THE PICTURE MIGHT NOT MATCH THE PRODUCT YOU ARE BUYING so VERIFY THE UPC MATCHES THE PRODUCT YOU WANT!

So, I read the UPC on the webpage, verified that it exactly matched the product I wanted, and wouldn't ya know,,,I ended up receiving the product I wanted!

I did face one hurdle with my order, however, but I can only blame myself for that because I did not do MY due diligence. I chose an FFL from their list that was no longer in business (I don't have a need for an FFL provider often so I picked one at random). I placed my order late in the day, and Locked & Loaded reached out to me via email the morning of the next business day to let me know. I was able to communicate promptly with L&L via both email and telephone, and that same day was able to get them connected with another local FFL provider.

The next business day I received an email with a tracking number, and a few days later I was holding my new Kuna!

I would ABSOLUTELY order from Locked & Loaded again!

If they have something you want, you should order from them. Just don't be an idiot. Read their website, confirm the UPC(s), and you'll get the products you want cheaper and faster than you thought possible.

Sent wrong pistol. Took a MONTH to issue refund.

Awful customer service! Couldn’t complete my order and then refused to refund me my money!
Had to cancel payment with bank!

Advertised and showed pictures of Tokarev TAR 12W but shipped a Tokarev TAR 12 FDE. Pictures and Description of model were the TAR 12W. They claim it is buyers fault because they listed the UPC and SKU correctly but there is no way to look up either of those on SDS Imports or Tokarev USA's websites. After this happened, the next day they have another entry that is correct but have left the wrong item still listed. Note: To refuse shipment at FFL is a huge hassle and takes 2 days to review your claim. and doubles the shipping and other costs. Becomes cost prohibitive. Never do business over the internet with this kind of company.

My first time ordering from Locked and Loaded was a most pleasant experience. I ordered a break action shotgun and the shipping time provided was ten days. I received the firearm at my FFL dealer in five days. Customer service was excellent, providing me with essential details that not many other retailers cared to give. Most importantly, they were honest that they were shipping through a third party. The merchandise (shotgun) was in excellent condition, packed well, and Locked and Loaded has a Norton shopping guarantee. Their prices are better than any. We would highly recommend Locked and Loaded to all sportsmen and firearm purchasers seeking an experience with no issues.

I had a great experience with my first order from Locked and Loaded ! They were timely and precise with my order ! The receipt that they sent in their email (and on the website)explained that it would be 5-10 business days to process my order. When it was processed they would send the tracking information. On the 6th business day, I got my tracking information. The package arrived 3 days later. I am very happy with my transaction with Locked and Loaded and intend on doing more business with them in the future !

Should have read the rewiews first. Ordered a pistol. got an email the next day saying the FFL i chose did not have a current form with them. called them and they said they had sent a request to them. I told them i wanted to cancel the deal and get a refund. they told me it would be a 15% restocking charge. HUH? order has not even been processed. gave me some bull about a 12% credit card fee they use.
they person was arrogant and unfriendly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR PURCHASE AGAIN!!!

They charge 15% restocking fee even if the item you purchase is not shipped yet. That's ripping off customers. Do not buy from them. Stick with Palmetto State Armory. They take care of their customers.

Solid, fantastic company. Don't believe the trolls giving them 1-star reviews. I look at my emails from them frequently and price they show on their website is ALWAYS what they advertised by email. Maybe some of these idiot reviewers don't realize that there are many similar but slightly different products or they expect prices to never change after weeks or months. More likely they're just liars opposed to citizens being armed.

Buying ammo from anyone is delicate, whether it's online or in person. Virtually no one accepts returns of ammo. The same is usually true of firearms, these are very much "buyer beware" transactions. That being said, I have never had a problem buying ammo from LockedLoaded. They have always done a great job packaging so that contents arrive undamaged even when packages are mishandled. They have always shipped in a timely manner. If I want something that I think they're likely to have they are always one of my first choices.

Best price on a great Seekins rifle with no issues whatsoever. Website was easy to use, browse, select and make rifle purchase, shipped without intervention to my FFL. You will receive email updates throughout the process. Can heartily and highly recommend L&L.

I am very disappointed with this firm's practices. Here is the response I sent them when—three days after the purchase was charged—they told me that the item was "out of stock".

To Whom it May Concern,

This is totally unacceptable, and I will not be doing business with your firm in the future.

First, you listed the item as "In Stock" at the time of my purchase. You charged my credit card for the sale. Then, a few days later, you sent me an email saying that my order "had been processed", and I would get a further update when the item shipped. Now, three full business days after I made the purchase, you tell me that the item is not available and you will issue a refund.

I am very upset with this situation. You were not the only vendor selling this item, nor did you have the absolute lowest price. I ordered from you because—I thought—that I had favorable experience with your firm in the past.

Now, this exact item is no longer in stock with any of the vendors that had it available at the time I placed my order with you. Not only do I have a bad taste in my mouth due to you not coming through with your advertised offer, but because you delayed so long to even tell me that the item was now "out of stock", you have caused me to miss any chance of ordering the same through another vendor. Everyone is now sold out of these.

Again, this makes me very upset. I will no longer do business with you, and I will advise others of my experience as well.

Tried to order a gun ($2000) from LockedLoaded.com website on Feb 14,2023. The site took the charge then reversed it. I tried several times but the site kept saying unable to complete purchase because ship to and bill address must be the same. THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THE FIREARM MUST BE SENT TO FFL DEALER. I gave up and will not do business with this company. Their site is either fraudulent or their site manager is total design idiot.

Great first-time buyer experience. This is the first time I've ordered a pew pew online. The experience was flawless and now I'll be be looking forward to more!

Keep sending me emails with price. Go to website, price is always HIGHER than advertised. Bait and screw

lockedloaded.com is legit I bought a few guns from them they have the best prices on guns of all kinds shipping was pretty fast customer who is new to buying guns online they won't deliver to your home address they will deliver them to your local gun store in your area who has a legal and current FFL License they have a drop-down box on the there website sometime it not accurate no worries just call the store in your local area and ask them for their FFL info so can have your stuff deliver to them then you pay a transfer fee depends on the store it could be $25 to $80 and also they have great customer service hope this information helps some of you out.

They had the best online price for a Girsan MC9. I called to make sure they had it in stock. Their website would not let me place the order. When I called them, she said she gets tons of calls with the same issue. I placed the order with her and received the gun 4 days later. Looking at the reviews, I was hesitant. However, I'm very happy with them! They just need to fix the website.
