Great prices and great customer service

This is a great company to deal with. I’m a frequent shopper here because of their great pricing, fast shipping, and good customer service. Though the vast majority of my purchases here have gone perfect, I did have one time where they sent me the wrong ammo. I called in, spoke with someone in customer support and I had a return shipping label within 10 mins. Something else I appreciated was the representative actually had a personality. He made a joke, apologized, took care of it and it was a really good customer experience. I sent back the wrong ammo, they sent me the right ammo, it worked out great. I recommend these guys to everyone who lives in a free state.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. My e-mails regarding a product concern were completely ignored for ten days! I finally got a response to my inquiry regarding a possible exchange, their shirts run small. I was told “No return or exchange is authorized on this product.”
Buyer beware. I will not purchase from them again.

Unprofessional con-artists of a firearm business

I found a used Walther 22 WMP handgun for $200 on their website. I purchased it as well as the required shipping charge in full and received the confirmation # and was expecting it to be sent to my FFL dealer. It was debited out of my acct, done deal. A little while later, I happened to look in my Battlehawk acct and noticed that I had no orders. So I looked in my email box and noticed that I got an email from them stating that I received a refund. I opened the email and it simply said due to a pricing error, they refunded my purchase and canceled out my order. I quickly looked back on their website and it was immediately put back on for sale, but now priced $75 higher at $275. This was at 730pm in Arizona, so 830pm in Iowa. Battlehawk closes at 5pm so that tells me that the owner/mgr gets a notification when something sells online and he/she just did all of this from his/her couch. Now, if they would have noticed that they priced it wrong prior to me paying then they would have had the right to change it. But because I had already purchased it, it was by law, mine. There are laws to protect consumers so that companies like this don't test the water with pricing (like a bidding system) to see how much they can get for something before it sells, enabling them to raise the price. Therefore they have actually committed a crime (theft) by keeping MY gun and not shipping it out. If I wanted to go through the time and effort to pursue criminal charges, and a civil suit I could. Even with them refunding my money after, it doesn't matter. I didn't give them permission nor agree to it. Its like a big boy way of "Indian giving". If I sell a car to you for $5k then the next day I realize I could have got $5.5k I can't just go to your house with the $5k set it in your mailbox then take off with the car, all while your inside watching tv not realizing this is happening. But, if I had it advertised for $5k then realized it's worth $5.5k before I sold it, I can simply tell you sorry I'm changing the price (since I hadn't sold it yet). They never even called to apologize, nothing. They don't even know if I know I'm not getting the gun. It also locked up the funds debited from my acct for 2 days while the refund was pending. If I wouldn't have looked in my acct I'd still be sitting here thinking my gun is coming. The business is extremely unprofessional. If I would have known they have such awful reviews and bad reputation I wouldn't have ever purchased anything from them. I also noticed that they had a fine print message on the purchase confirmation that stated I had to tell the FFL dealer that I was using to email them their FFL lic # or it wouldn't be shipped to them. That is again so unprofessional and unheard of. PLUS, their $10 off coupon code for signing up doesn't work. They definitely could care less about actual customer interactions and especially not about customer satisfaction. They just do what they want. It's funny, I read part of a review asking why they have such cheap prices. Uh, they don't. Simply bait and switch. That same gun is on sale right now at a couple places for $329 including a local store. After shipping and a transfer fee I'll just get a new one. No way Id pay their updated $275, plus fees for it used. Id give them zero stars if I could. To Battlehawk, before you respond pretending to know the laws do the research, I already have. We both know you know you can't do what you did.

BattleHawk Armory advertised a product…

BattleHawk Armory advertised a product at a specific price, which I attempted to purchase. The company refused to honor the advertised price. While a disclaimer was present, the advertised price was still displayed and induced the purchase attempt.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau requesting that the advertised price be honored. BattleHawk Armory rejected the request, and no resolution was offered.

Based on this experience, I believe BattleHawk Armory’s practices do not align with BBB standards regarding truthful advertising, transparent pricing, and good-faith customer service. Consumers should be aware that advertised prices may not be honored.

I am disappointed with the outcome and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

They Refuse To Help

They Refuse To Help , I sent them 3 emails and pictures of the Item Sent with the Invoice, Terrible Customer Service.
#1 Order just delivered, It is not the correct item, This one sent is plastic, not the correct AXG Metal Alloy Grip Module for $250.00 PLEASE HELP
#2 What you sent me is a $69.00 Sig Plastic Grip Module in a Sig AXG Metal Alloy Grip Module Box it looks like someone switched them out, in store or in the warehouse.
#3 The correct grip module is all aluminum with removable "poly" grip panels held with 2 screws on each side also has removable back strap.
From: John T. customer service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvneience. Our warehouse has never had a return of this item nor do they open them up. You will need to reach out to Sig Sauer directly on this matter for replacement concerns.
THEY CONTINUE TO PASS ON COMPLAINTS / SIG SAUER DOES NOT PACKAGE WHAT THEY SELL INCORRECTLY. This was a returned item / or it was switched out in store and sent on to me in an unsealed box. All was explained to John T. still no help. LOOK at ALL of the 1 Star NEGATIVE REVIEWS and BBB COMPLAINTS.

I’ve been a customer since 2020 but no…

I’ve been a customer since 2020 but no more, I ordered a pistol on December 9th and was told today that the ordered had been cancelled per my request. I’m sorry but that’s a complete lie and I will never order from Battlehawk Armory again. I have all the emails, the reply and responses by me and with BattleHawk Customer service and they said once an order was put in it couldn’t be cancelled….. liar liar pants on fire. Had to order it from another FFL today and it cost me $150 more, I asked BattleHawk did they want to give me a store credit to make this right and they said “NO”

Ordered a Traditions Kentucky…

Ordered a Traditions Kentucky Percussion Pistol Kit from this company and when I received it the factory plastic packaging was cut open allowing access to parts. Some of the items were not in their intended slots and were loose within the packaging. This immediately makes you question the integrity of the item as a whole, and raise suspicion to why it was previously opened. Prior to opening the package further to varify if anything was missing or had been replaced with something broken, I contacted the company via text, which is their convenient way of dealing with customers. Upon letting them know my concerns and lack of confidence in this potential dangerous item, I was told it was not their concern that I needed to contact Traditions. They stated they sent the item unopened, which was obviously not true, I advised them they were responsible as they were the ones that sent this item to me in this condition, not Traditions. I was told this was not a debate and they blocked me. So you decide if this is the type of company you want to send your hard earned money to and trust they will be responsible and trustworthy. I won't ever.

They suck. They don't know their own inventory so they charged me for a gun, didn't have it in stock, didn't tell me for days, still waiting for my money.

They hate their customers

They have poor, missing, and sometimes incorrect information for the product listings. Their customer service is awful, and their return policy is predatory. If you need to return something, even if it's because they give the wrong information, they not only charge you for shipping, they also charge a 10% or minimum $25 restocking fee. This company hates it's customers.

I ordered a rossi rm64 357 revolver …

I ordered a rossi rm64 357 revolver and blackhawk armory advertised 1 to 3 day shipping but can take up to 7 days. The price was good so I ordered it. It was shipped 3 days later out of Indiana not Iowa where Blackhawk is located. Not only that but it was shipped via USPS NOT UPS OR FEDEX. By the tracking number it was estimated to be delivered to my ffl today, Saturday 07/26. Guess what, now it'll be via USPS by Thursday the 31st. Nine days for shipping seems a little much. Not a happy camper. My suggestion is not buy from Blackhawk but go elsewhere like Palmetto or Grabagun.

Was reluctant to order after reading…

Was reluctant to order after reading some reviews. Got a firearm the fastest I've ever had one delivered. Wasn't expecting the dealer to call me that fast. Even dealer was impressed. Seems people are quick to review when things go wrong but won't praise a company when they get excellent service. I'm taking the time to review this because this was beyond what I expected. They did fantastic job.

Excellent Service

Bought my Gun Sunday. Let support know I would send an FFL Monday. Support followed up Monday. Got my gun Tuesday. They shipped to Arizona. These guys are great to work with.

Ordered a rifle scope from Battlehawk…

Ordered a rifle scope from Battlehawk Armory and the unit arrive in an open box with contents spilled out, packaing incomplete and battery installed. At best it was used as a store demo. At worst it was a used or returned product. Emailed customer service and they stated that I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee if I returned the unit. Their own policy states that returns must be sent in the unopened box. Very difficult to do this when I got the product in an open box.
Very questionable vendor.

Ordered a Gun that specifically stated…

Ordered a Gun that specifically stated in the title and description that it came with a 11 & 13rd magazine. Gun showed up with 2 11rd magazines and the sticker on the box indicated it was the 2 11rd mag model. So like anyone I contacted support before I even left the store and they told me that they’re not going to help in any way even though they literally ordered the wrong thing to my FFL. I have pictures and videos as well as a testimonial from the FFL that indeed THEY made a mistake. Instead of taking any accountability and offering to return 1 mag for the other or a refund for a mag or even just sending the 13rd mag they took NO accountability whatsoever, it was my first ever order from them and it’ll be my last.

Poor Customer Service an order for ammo that showed as…

Placed an order for ammo that showed as in-stock. My card was charged immediately. Even sent me a UPS tracking number very quickly!

A week later, noticed that my card had been refunded. I looked at Battlehawkarmory website to review order, and it no longer showed on my previous orders. UPS tracking info they had provided showed "Shipment Cancelled".

I received absolutely no notification of the order being cancelled. With todays technology, unacceptable to take orders for items you do not have and even worse to not notify me that order had been cancelled!

Great prices and communication for me!

Even with all the negative reviews I went ahead and ordered a Mac 9 Ds because it was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. My order went off without a hitch. I think you just need to be thorough in your ordering process(make sure everything is entered correctly, your address, select the correct FFL, etc…)

I sent a message to them about my FFL before ordering and they got back to me within a few hours.

Once I placed the order I received a confirmation and them by the end of the day a email with a tracking number. I purchased it the Tuesday before thanksgiving and I got to my FFL the following Monday.

Overall a pain free and quick transaction. I’d say as long as you’re not a dingus you’ll have a good experience and save a good bit of money.

I would purchase from them again.
