Quick responses and good product
Quick responses and good product. Only issue was one lock out of stock so not delivered with rest of expected goods. This was not communicated before the delivery arrived but quick reply to my enquiry regarding this and sent out very quickly afterwards. Would order from again.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I had to return an item (no fault of Lock Fitter) and I received a replacement before they would even have received the returned item from me. Couldn't ask for better than that

A badly worded advert led me to believe that I was getting an extra key free, but to the company's credit they have changed the wording on the advert and the key was delivered on time.

Thank you for placing an order with us and for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re sorry you were disappointed and would like to clear up the misunderstanding.
The product title is *“Ultion Keys High Security with Free Key Caps”**. The promotion only applies to free key caps, not an extra free key. The product descriptions looked like:
With free red key cap
With free black key cap
Standard extra key without key cap
You selected the “standard extra key without key cap” option. The word “extra” here simply means an additional high-security key (not a free one). This option does not include a free key cap, which is clearly stated in the variant name.
It seems the wording “extra key” was misinterpreted as meaning you would get another key for free. Unfortunately, that is not the case — the free item in the promotion is only the key cap on the first two options.
Whilst this has a been listed this way for a long time, selling 100's of these to 100's of people it is evident that the misinterpretation is possible, so we have altered the wording.
Kind regards
Lock Fitter
