Excellent service from Kevin. Prompt response to request to check locks. Able to service/save one and replaced one lock that was broken. We happily recommend him.

Efficient and Professional Service
I contacted LockRite as l was experiencing difficulty locking and unlocking my front door. Alan contacted me to advise he would be with me later that afternoon. Alan was very professional and efficient fitting a replacement lock for me. I will definitely contact him again should l have further issues with any of my door locks.

We got locked out
We got locked out and unfortunately called 'Cowboy Locksmiths' the chap who came made a complete mess of getting us in. we then contacted Alan at Lockrite. He was able to sort out our door and make it operational and couldn't understand why the previous 'locksmith' had made such a mess.

Installer Refused to Proceed, Full Charges Applied
LockRite was engaged to install a Yale lock at our premises. We operate a self-service artist studio and have used LockRite multiple times across our portfolio. The locksmith attending on this occasion was not someone we had encountered before and appears to have been a subcontractor engaged on a freelance basis.
Across 15 locations, this is the first instance in which an installer has refused to commence the job, even with staff guidance provided, and remained on site for less than 10 minutes. As a result, we are now required to arrange a second installation, yet are still being charged £500.00 by Yale and £150.00 by LockRite for the failed installation.
Proceed with caution.

Good Morning Nicholas, Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear of the issues you encountered. Firstly, the locksmith in attendance was a Lockrite locksmith and certainly not a subcontractor. Looking into the matter, it seems that we had been contracted by Yale to install a smart lock but were not provided with full instructions on pairing with other locks in different locations and no-one was present at the time of our appointment. I can see that you've been in touch with Yale since to remedy, as have we so I do hope the matter has now been resolved for you.

Called lockrite at 13:45 this afternoon…
Called lockrite at 13:45 this afternoon after discovering we was locked in the house, by 16:30 the door was completely fixed. Absolutely amazing work by Simonas, quick and efficient with getting the job done and took the time to explain why it had happened and the work he had done even just little things like tidying up after the work was completed. 100% would recommend and very happy customer! Broken mechanism on composite door
Had to call out Michael today as our front door lock had broken.The office took our call and Michael called us back and told us he would be about an hour.Right on time he arrived and quickly talked is through the problem and was straight to work and very thorough.Really pleased with his work and price.

Genuinely wanted to help
phoned Colin Virgo Locksmith in the morning, and he came to the rescue in a couple of hours. Excellent service.
Really tricky job with jammed, locked french doors. With great skill and expertise and some amazing equipment he opened the doors without damage, which I thought would be Impossible.
He engineered some parts to fit obsolete items and reassembled everything. Very impressive.
All this with a smile and friendly attitude.
To cap it all, a reasonable price too.
Highly recommended.
