Excellent Customer Service
Had a front door gearbox mechanism seize up. Phoned Lock rite and within the hour Richard was on the doorstep sorting the issue out, it took a while to free the door as the securing hooks needed sawing through. The door was temporarily and securely fixed and a new mechanism ordered and fitted within a week. Full marks to Richard and Lockrite for their excellent customer service!

A great experience
We contacted Lockrite when our front door lock developed a problem. Colin came to fix the lock and was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. I would fully recommend Lockrite. Thank you Colin for your help.

Cliffe is a fantastic locksmith
Cliffe is a fantastic locksmith! We’re brand new to the area and purchased our first home, so reached out to him to replace the locks on the property. He was very responsive, friendly, and was happy to answer all of our questions, as well as give helpful insight into what to think about when it comes to home security. The price was very fair, and we’re very happy with the locks installed, additionally, he went above and beyond, both fixing our gate lock and greasing our garage door. In the future, we will be reaching out to Cliffe for any of our lock needs, and highly recommend him to others.

Professional, Friendly and Efficient
I had locked my garage keys in the garage and spent the next few days fretting about the cost of a locksmith.
I called Colin from Lockrite.
He was polite, efficient and professional.
He came the next day as planned and picked the lock within minutes without any damage whatsoever to the door or lock.
He took the time to show me the locking mechanism, how it had failed and explained how it works.
He was friendly, chatty and most importantly, didn’t try to rip me off. I would definitely use him again.
Highly recommended.
