My front door would not open so I needed a locksmith. Having read the positive reviews I decided to call Rick.
He was there 15mins before the arranged time. He provided options so I could choose the most cost effective one for me. He was polite and promptly got the job done, and tightened the lock which I didn't ask for. Thanks Rick for your honesty and professionalism. I will definitely use your services again if required.

I contacted Ricks Locksmiths because I couldn’t unlock my front door. He gave me advice by text in case it was something I could sort myself and when it became apparent that it would not budge he gave me a time for when he could come to me. Very friendly, honest and patient, I would recommend his services.

I am and landlord and had an issue with the lock on the front door. My insurance company had made safe but I needed a permanent fix, I found Rick via Google on dropped him a message (on a Sunday evening) he responded immediately and said he could support, he attended the next morning and within no time had the lock working perfectly, even fixed a long term issue with the stiff door handle, the tenants were over the moon. Highly recommend communication was on point, professional with the tenants and very experienced. Fantastic service will definitely be calling with any future issues.
