I was scheduled an appointment with DSSL to fix Entercom System. Received Text at 7:14 AM that the Engineer, Luigi would be attending at 7:27. Engineer arrived on Time. Entercom was replaced with New system. Complete Comms working by 7:45AM. Polite and Professional. Recommended.
I was recently subject to threats of violence and verbal abuse by a driver employed by this company. I reported the event and in fairness I did receive a call from a a manger. Unfortunately though, this has not been followed up as promised by this manager.
It seems that the actions of this driver are actually condoned by the business.
DSSL group installed my CCTV system and was very professional with there work.
DSSL come out to fix an issue with my fob not working on lobby door for my block of flats ,Luke.p the legend did what he could to make sure I wasn't left out in the cold 👍
Absolute shower of incompetence! Their staff are rude and are clueless about fitting security doors!
Absolute shower! My landlord, southern housing uses thes e people for some reason. My building has had two broken security doors for the past eight months. I’ve complained numerous times about the crack heads getting into the building to smoke their drugs and DSSL claim that they have fixed the doors as if I don’t live here and wouldn’t notice if they had been to do some work. I have even told them what the problem with the door is and they still haven’t managed to fix it. They have the combined IQ of a rice krispy and I would avoid using them at any cost!! DO NOT USE DSSL FOR YIUR SECURITY!!!!
Victor did an amazing job on June 25th to make a gate that had been vandalised repeatedly, fit for purpose once again. It's taken more than 5 years (and I'm being extremely kind, as that's a conservative estimate, I've actually forgotten how long) after dozens of survey's, inadequate repairs, often no follow up repair at all, by another Housing Association contractor. Neighbours were excited and smiling at the prospect of a working gate. It proves that completing repairs properly has an impact on people's lives and wellbeing.
If I could give this company -10, I would as they are very incompetent. A job requested by Southern Housing has taken more than a year and it’s just replacing a broken door nob. You couldn’t make it up. They need to be banned to operate.
