If I could give them a kick in the...rather then a star I would! I hate I didn't read the reviews first. I had a gut feeling after making the purchase. When I reached out to them requesting a full refund, their response was the product has to arrive first and then you can request a refund if it meets certain criterias. Called listed # and it's no good. Emailed again asking for a valid #, "having problems with phone lines".
Inquired when will product arrive...no response!
Contacted my bank and BBB. Federal Trade next.
These fraudulent sites/sag-bag people can't continue to steal from consumers!

I ordered three shirts from these crooks on April 18, 2022. To this day, August 11, 2022 I have not received my order, although they did have the nerve to send me two emails in May, asking me how I liked the product. Really??? WHAT PRODUCT???? I responded and told them I never received ANYTHING, but never heard from them again.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, BE AWARE THAT IT IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUD. I paid $74.89 for a pair of sneakers and it never arrived to my address. When I tried getting in contact with support, everything was automated and there was no proper customer service. This site is a scam and shouldn't be used under any circumstances.

Scammer they take your money and you can not contact them its all automated they never get back to you

I ordered my shoes 3 months ago and have sent two emails to the email on there website and Just automated reply that they will get in touch and still no shoes n not heard anything from the company. Definitely a scam, do not order anything from these people.

This company, LODDITA, are SCAMMERS. I bought their products and paid for it and I have never received my order and not getting my money back. I have emailed this company 6 times in the last 3 weeks and I got no reply. I ordered my product on April 22 2022 and as of today I still haven't gotten anything. I even never received anything with a tracking number. It was supposed to be delivered between 15 to 21 days. What a JOKE this company is.

I too have been scammed by these scumbags. I ordered sneakers and never got them. They took my money. I have written many times with no response. They need tobe investigated. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY...SCUMBAGS.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a gift from this company in April 2022. I have never received my order. I have emailed them numerous times and got one reply after a month that said, "Your order didn't pass quality inspection. Please wait more days." I knew I had been had when I got a response like that. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund. No response. Since then, I have received TWO emails asking for me to rate my purchase. I have sent it back twice saying that I never received a shipping notification OR my order.
These people are complete scammers!

This company does not deserve even one star. I ordered a Dodger jacket for my husband on May 17th. Got an order number. When I tried to put in the order number, got nothing. I emailed them several times and got an automated response saying "Thanks so much for reaching out! This auto-reply is just to let you know...We received your email and will get back to you with a human response as soon as possible. During business hours that's usually within a couple of hour. Evening and weekends may take us a little bit long." My first email was sent on May 30. No response. So I called my credit union and filed a fraud and they will investigate. But I got my money back. This company should be banded from advertising and ripping people off. These people are evil and rip off artist. It's a shame that they feel it's ok to take other peoples hard earned money.

Going through PayPal to get my money back. Ordered shoes for my Grandson's birthday and never received any tracking number or info on status. Multiple attempts with no response until I get a request for review. I said you don't want me to review until I get my order. Got another request and let them have it this time. Beware of shopping here. I have never been scammed and that is bad enough but my Grandson's Phoenix Suns shoes were really going to be a great present he has been waiting for way too long! I will not give up on getting my money back so I can give it to my Grandson!!!!!!

Ordered something over 2 weeks ago. Haven't gotten a confirmation haven't gotten anything other than an order number. They don't return your emails they have a chat spot but they don't return that either. Guess it's time to get a lawyer and the BBB will be hearing from me!

Scam alert 🚨🚨 it been 60 day and i haven’t still received my merchandise. I’ll be talking to the better business bureaus, and going to small claims court. So fxxck em🍆👺

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 HBCU polo shirts and I never received them. They sent me a Thank You for ordering e-mail and they gave me an order # on April 24 which told me that I would get another e-mail when it was shipped. It is now May 27 and I have never received that e-mail or the items I ordered. They had the nerve to send me an e-mail asking me how did I like my order. When I responded that I never received it, I never received a response. I e-mailed customer service 3 times and no response. I went online to find a telephone number to call them and the number I finally found did not have a greeting on anything on it. It just said "Leave A Message."

Do not purchase anything from Loddita unless you never want to receive it.

I have reported this company and I hope that others will do the same thing.

This company is a scam. I ordered my shirt April 7 and here it is May 23 have not received ANY word on where my package is. I have contacted them numerous times on their website with no answer from them.

I want to know why these people are even able to still be up on the internet able to keep scamming people when this has gone on for months if not years? TOTAL SCAM!! Wish I could give 0 stars as they don't deserve 1 star. Most of these reviews sound just like what happened to me. Ordered a shirt on April 15. It's now May 22 and still don't have the shirt or any sign it was shipped. I have sent 4 emails and after the 2nd email I got a response saying that the shirt didn't pass quality control and needed to be reproduced (it was horrible spelling, incorrect english). Totally suspect. I immediately sent another email stating I no longer needed the shirt and demanded a full refund immediately, heard nothing back. Sent a 4th email again stating to cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund. No response. They were quick to charge my card and also charged my cc a 1% foreign transaction fee which was never disclosed. Take your hard earned $ elsewhere, this place is a scam!
