We're really sorry this has dragged on for so long. Waiting over a month for an order your daughter was counting on isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and we understand why you're frustrated.

We've opened an investigation with the courier to trace exactly what's happened to your parcel, and we're waiting on their feedback now. As soon as we hear back, we'll come straight to you by email with an update and a proper resolution.

Hey Helen,

Thanks for laying out your concerns, and we're sorry this has left you feeling this way. Let us go through your points properly.

Our underwear is manufactured in China, as is the case for much of the period underwear on the market today. Rather than producing there, shipping stock to warehouses in various countries, storing it again and then sending each order on, we keep our stock directly alongside our factory. That means orders go straight to our customers without an extra warehouse and transport step in between. It's a deliberate choice to cut unnecessary transport movements and keep the footprint of our distribution as low as we can. The expected shipping timeline is set out on our Shipping and Delivery page.

On the seal and the Fit Guarantee: we weren't encouraging you to open anything. We were letting you know that on a first order, if the underwear doesn't fit, we can send a replacement in the correct size. That's an exchange, not a route to a refund, because once the hygiene seal is broken we can't take the item back. Period underwear is a hygiene product and that rule exists to protect every customer. If the seal is still intact and you'd like to return, that option is open to you and our team can talk you through how it works.

Looking back through your file, our team has responded to each of your emails. If something hasn't landed in your inbox, do check your spam folder and reply to the last message so we can pick it straight back up.

And on reviews: we don't delete them, not here and not on our social media either. Trustpilot is an independent platform where we have no ability to remove or influence what's posted, and we leave comments on Instagram and Facebook alone too.

We'd genuinely like to help you get this sorted, so just reply to our last email and we'll take it from there.

Sorry this hasn't landed the way you were hoping. Because period underwear sits directly against the body it counts as a hygiene product, so once the seal is broken we can't take it back for a refund. You'll find this set out on our Returns and Exchange policy and printed on the seal itself, so it can be checked before opening.

What we can do is arrange a replacement if the fit isn't right or if there's something wrong with the pair you received. Judging a size online is never straightforward, so we'd much rather get you into a style that actually works for you than leave you with something sitting in a drawer.

If you let us know how they felt when you tried them, we can suggest which size or model would suit you better and get that sent out.
