Really happy with Richie and the team at LoftBox. They were very good from the beginning all the way to the end of the project.

From our first conversation about the project, getting the lawfulness certificate, architectural and structural designs, and then the delivery, everything was handled very well. Communication was always good and they kept me informed throughout the process.

I also really appreciated how transparent they were with the costs and budgeting. The quotation was very clear, and all the upgrade options and the costs for each one were explained properly, so I always knew where I stood.

Richie was always easy to speak to and made me feel comfortable to call him whenever I had something I wanted to discuss or ask about. That gave me a lot of peace of mind during the project.

I spoke to 5–6 different companies before choosing LoftBox, and I honestly don't regret my decision. Really happy with the service from Richie and the whole team and would definitely recommend them.
