👉Update! I confirm it’s a scam company sadly, no one will reply to your emails they will delete any evidence or delete your messages on social media . Only solution is to contact your bank. Hopefully many customers read these reviews and these thieves stop stealing 😢
Warning ‼️ possible scam company

Hi I bought a product from you 1 months ago and I am not wishing to purchase anymore since my cat didn't like your product.
You have charged me an order this morning without my approval I didn't sign for any subscription can you please cancel the order ORDER #6243 and refund my money into my account, please.

This product seems like a good product But they added me into a monthly subscription even though I opted out of it. I messaged them 3 minutes after a payment confirmation to tell them that I had opted out and want it canceled and they told me that the item had already dispatched and they could not cancel the shipment nor offer a refund. While I find the product itself decent. The business practices by this company are shameful and borderline criminal. Customer service within this company is abysmal.

No one answers email. I now left messages on FB and get assured several times someone will get back to me.

My cat absolutely loves the fish and krill oil, the shipping does take quite long, but the quality of the product is great. I highly recommend to cat owners. My cat Bobby was diagnose with CKD, his seems much more lively after eating this !

I subscribed to get the krill oil supplement, got a notification that first order shipped, but tracking showed no movement after 2 weeks, messaged customer service and received a reply that it should be coming. Waited 2 more weeks, still nothing, then second monthly subscription order was charged. I immediately messaged on their website and emailed (they have no phone number provided), no response. Tried messaging on facebook, and commented on their fb post, they replied to the fb post saying to email them, I did , no response. Replied to one of their promotional emails and got a response asking for more information, I replied and no response. Finally went to our credit card company and they refunded the charges, I have yet to receive a response from Fureeze or any products, though tracking for both orders shows shipping label created. This is 6 weeks after initial order.

Got signed up for an automatic monthly subscription, but my login shows no subscription. They do not respond to emails. Going through the fraud department to get my money back 😔, very annoying. You have been warned.

*UPDATE - the company has fraudulently produced email correspondence and other documents claiming I had a subscription even though my account with them shows none has ever existed and none of the correspondence has been received. I have carefully reviewed all documentation, so please don't believe this is simply user error of someone who is rushing. This is fraud, plain and simple.
