My friend refer Lofts4Storage to us. It looks like they were very busy, we wait couple weeks to come for a quote then it tooks another 2 weeks to wait for the installation but it worths it. Troy and Keeran arrived on time and very professional. I'm very happy with my installation, they cleaned up all their mess and took all my old installation rubbish and they works less than a day. Our neighbors came asked me to comment because she saw all the mess outside was cleared after they left because she want to fix her loft as well. Excellent company. I will highly recommend them.

Good experience all round from making an enquiry. A date was booked for a survey, the quote was sent to me via email. Arranged a date for installation, the guys Simon and 2 of his colleagues arrived on time, I did get a txt of their estimated time of arrival on that morning. The guys were polite, got on with the job, respected our home, job was finished in less than a day. The ladder that they brought was too short, not sure where the mistake was made, measurments or wrong ladder picked up for our job , but Simon came back the next day with correct size ladder, we do have high ceilings. Simon showed us how to operate properly, all done . Very happy with the work carried out, all rubbish taken away and cleaned up after they finished . Thank you Lofts4storage.

Lofts4Storage

I’m very happy with my half area loft boarding which was completed in one day. This is the second half of the loft – approx 20 metres of space, and I wanted to have it completed this year to prepare the space for items from my parents’ house. It was less expensive than the first half of the loft space, as that included a wooden loft ladder, membrane, boarding and LED lighting. It was a good deal if I acted within 3 days, so I went for it! I have also had ventilation added and heat retaining surfacing on the boarding to add to the insulation. They didn’t make a mess. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately the price quoted to me by the sales rep was not the price of the actual quote emailed to me.

Note for future appointments don’t quote people and then change it within an hour.

From start to finish this was an easy experience. Survey was informative. Price was very competitive (had 3 separate quotes on same day) they were able to do following day due to rescheduling issue and the team who completed the job were quick efficient, friendly and very clean. Would recommend them to anybody

Everything from the survey through to the insulation was great! On time, polite and clean 👌. I'm really pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend having your loft boarded out! I have so much more room now for storage. I don't know where to put everything

Superb, supplied the best quote and quality of work was excellent. Nathan was very friendly and made a great job of fitting in the wooden ladders, even though it was not a straight forward job, due to our roof structure. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional service. From the sales manager coming round to view the loft and tailor a solution to the team coming around to install, the service has been excellent. Would 100% recommend and very happy with the results.

What a mess. This is a company who subcontracts their work. Check out their accounts on companies house no employees. Left my loft in a complete state. Installed fabric so dust would fall down. Boarded centre not whole loft as survey and quote. Lift hatch wonky. Floor on a massive slope.

Then there’s the small matter of them coming through the bedroom ceiling and telling me it’s not their fault “it happens”. Complete cowboys. Avoid
