Electrical course 2365
I recently completed my Level 2 Electrical course, and I can honestly say that the experience exceeded my expectations in every possible way.
When I started the course, I had no previous knowledge or experience in electrical work. I was starting from the ground up, and I was fortunate enough to have an instructor who didn’t simply teach the subject — he genuinely lives and breathes it.
My teacher, Thoney Murray, has an incredible amount of pride in his craft. His passion for electricity is obvious in the way he teaches, explains concepts and approaches even the smallest details. It is clear that electrical work isn’t just a job to him; it is something he has dedicated himself to mastering.
What impressed me most was Thoney’s knowledge of the regulations and the electrical regulations books. He seems to know them back to front. On numerous occasions, he could recite the exact wording of a regulation or quote directly from the book, word for word, and explain precisely how it applied in practice. Watching someone with that level of knowledge was genuinely mind-blowing. Calling it impressive almost doesn’t do it justice.
What makes this even more remarkable is the way he passes that knowledge on. He doesn’t just tell you what the regulations say — he explains the reasoning behind them and makes sure you understand why they matter. Coming into the course with no previous knowledge, I never felt that I was simply being given information to memorise. I was being taught how to think and understand electrical work properly.
I don’t say this lightly: Thoney Murray is a god in electrical terms. I genuinely doubt I will ever meet another electrician or teacher operating at his level. In my experience, he is a level above the rest.
I realise that some of what I have written may sound like an exaggeration, but I don’t care — it’s the truth as I experienced it. The knowledge, passion, pride and dedication Thoney brings to his teaching are exceptional, and I feel extremely fortunate to have learned from him.
I started this course knowing absolutely nothing about electrical work. I finished it with knowledge, confidence and a genuine appreciation for the trade.
If you have the opportunity to learn from Thoney Murray, take it. You won’t regret it.

I completed two F-Gas courses the first…
I completed two F-Gas courses the first was 3 days, followed by a 5-day course ending with a practical exam and theory test.
For the first part, we were guided by Mike. What an enthusiastic guy! He has a huge amount of knowledge, but more importantly, he knows how to explain complicated things in a way that even complete beginners can understand. The amount of material we went through was enormous, so definitely make sure you have enough time to revise at home.
The second week we started with Stuart, who also has an amazing ability to explain things and take you step by step through the world of air conditioning and refrigeration.
At the beginning, some of the material looked absolutely terrifying! But after a couple of hours, things started to make sense, and it became incredibly satisfying to understand how everything works and to realise how much knowledge they were sharing with us.
I’m extremely pleased that I attended these courses. I enjoyed them so much that if I were a rich man, I’d probably take another course just for fun! In fact, I’m already looking for another course that would suit my line of work and allow me to continue learning.
A great experience, excellent instructors and a huge amount of useful knowledge.
Highly recommended!

Hi Marek,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a fantastic and detailed review! We're delighted to hear how much you enjoyed both of your F-Gas courses.
It's wonderful to hear that Mike's enthusiasm and ability to make complex subjects accessible gave you such a strong start. We're equally pleased that Stewart helped build on that knowledge, taking you step by step through air conditioning and refrigeration until even the initially daunting topics began to make sense. We'll make sure your brilliant feedback is passed on to them both.
We especially love hearing that you enjoyed the experience so much you're already looking for your next course! There's no better compliment for our trainers than inspiring someone to keep learning and developing their skills.
Thank you for choosing Logic4training and for your recommendation. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next course, hopefully very soon!
