annoyed i cant give one star

AWFUL customer service. Mouse well in warrantee has broken and they are refusing to refund or replace. It's been with them over 7 working days and they wont even tell me what action they will take. ive only found this out after 2 hours of being on their chat. they have lied on multiple occasions. It;s only when time passes and their promises are broken that they they say it;s been moved onto a different team for assessment. NEVER use this company.

Awful - Shop Elsewhere

I wish I had looked at their reviews before buying.

I purchased a keyboard that arrived with the receiver missing needed to connect it wirelessly to my PC.

I spent almost an hour in a chat session providing details that all should have been available through my invoice, only to then be told I need to deal with another department.

When the other department contacted me, they wanted more details, some of which I had already been given, plus more photos.

All I need is the tiny receiver that should have been with the keyboard, but wasn’t.

More than a week later, and after two more emails, one of which asked for my email address, even though they used my email address to contact me, they said the problem was being escalated to see how it could be resolved!

The only way to resolve the problem is to send me the missing receiver or inform me how I can return the keyboard because it cannot be used.

I've now opened a dispute with PayPal.

I have never experienced such awful service from a company of this size.

Do yourself a favour, and shop elsewhere.

Shockingly bad customer service, misleading AI, and unreadable machine translation

I have rarely experienced customer service as dysfunctional, misleading, and time-wasting as Logitech’s.

This entire ordeal started with Logitech’s AI chatbot providing objectively incorrect information, explicitly stating that orders over £99 qualify for free express delivery. My order exceeded that amount. Based on that statement, I contacted support to ensure my order was sent with express delivery.

What followed was over an hour of circular, exhausting, and pointless conversation that achieved absolutely nothing except wasting my time and keeping me awake in the middle of the night.

Key issues:

• The AI chatbot gave false and contradictory information about delivery terms.
• The human agent later denied responsibility for what the chatbot said, while still representing the same company.
• The agent repeatedly asked for a mysterious “ticket number” that did not exist and was never explained clearly.
• The agent could not see the same chat thread they were actively participating in.
• I was asked to provide the same information multiple times for no reason.
• I was kept waiting repeatedly with “3–5 minutes” promises that led nowhere.
• In the end, I was told nothing could be done despite being strung along for over an hour.

On top of all that, the machine translation used by Logitech is so poor that large parts of the conversation were barely comprehensible. Sentences were grammatically broken, vague, or outright confusing. At several points, it was genuinely unclear what the agent was trying to say. This is unacceptable for customer support at a global company.

The most infuriating part is that the agent could not help from the beginning, yet continued the conversation anyway asking questions, “checking resources,” and “investigating” when there was apparently never any possibility of resolving the issue. That is not support. That is time theft.

If Logitech knows orders cannot be changed after purchase, then:
• The AI should not promise express delivery.
• The agent should say “this cannot be done” immediately.
• Customers should not be dragged through an hour-long charade.

This was not just bad service. It was systemically broken service: misleading automation, agents with no authority, unreadable translations, and zero accountability.

Logitech should seriously reconsider:
• Using AI that provides incorrect information
• Using machine translation this poor
• Allowing agents to continue chats they cannot resolve

I lost over an hour of sleep, got no solution, and was left more frustrated than when I started.

Awful scam company.

Awful company who appear to be pulling some sort of scam. If they decide they are not going to send out your order for 6 months there is no way to cancel because they will simply not respond to any communication. I suspect they will not respond until they send the order out then claim it is too late. If you try to call the phone number they will claim they are technical support and can do nothing about it. Judging by the script they are reading from tech support would be better served by reading the instructions.

Poor customer support

Poor customer support. I have. been in touch 3 separate times today and the issue has still not been solved at all. I just get bounced around and told to try steps in an email, then the person on the phone ends the call.

None of the steps in the emails are working, hence why I have to contact them so many times!

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Purchased a pair of headphones and the mic broke within days. Tried to get a replacement everywhere and contacted Logitech to get a replacement. They promised to get back to me and didn't bother. Now my sin has a totally useless product with no backup or support!

Missing Blue Tooth Adaptor

Bought 2 wireless mouse/keyboard combo - one from amazon one from argos

NEITHER had the blue tooth adaptor so both were useless

Am seeking refunds and will never buy from them again

Now have a cheap wired keyboard and mouse

Watch out for the order Conf Con

Ordered some flight sim equipment. The flight switch panel didn’t work.

They won’t replace the item because Logitechs OWN order confirmation is dated 30th December 2025 and it’s only April.

I sent them their Own Order Confirmation and they won’t accept it.

What a con!!

Logitech Circle View Camera. don't buy this, issue is that you have to put everything at 2.4 Ghz otherwise nothing will be recorded. highly strange because everything is at 5 Ghz with Apple homekit these days. The Logitech service is hopeless and they revolve around the problem. NOW to months Logitech still doesn't have a good solution and revolve around the problem. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT because it does not work

LOGITECH REFUSES TO DO REPAIRS !

I have a £100 Logitech mouse which is slowly giving up the ghost, so I started using my £100 spare and contacted Logitech UK to ask them to repair my No.1 Mouse. They said in plain English that IN THE UK THEY DO NOT HAVE REPAIR FACILITIES FOR THEIR OWN PRODUCTS, NOR DO THEY HAVE AN AUTHORISED REPAIRER. In even plainer English: do not touch Logitech products with a barge pole.
UPDATE 5 FEB. 2025: Logitech emailed me two days later, offering a measly 20% discount voucher against my next Logitech purchase. I reminded them that their complete refusal of doing out-of-warranty repairs is costing me £100 every time an out-of-warranty mouse breaks down. Neither I nor my company will ever buy another Logitech item.

Misleading advertising.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Just bought an mx mechanical which is allegedly compatible with android. But when I tried to get the software to use it, it is only available for Windows and Mac. Customer service tell me I can still use the basic functions. So it's not compatible with android at all.
The advertising does not mention this fact. It's an expensive keyboard and I can only use a small part of it.
Very disappointed. Will return and go to a reputable manufacturer.

The most awful customer service I have…

The most awful customer service I have ever experienced. Communication is virtually nonexistent.
I accidentally ordered the incorrect product but made contact with Logitech in the same hour to cancel the order. They responded to advice they would manage this. Did not hear anything back until the item was delivered (past the initial delivery time anyway). Since returning the item, I still have not received my refund and the company is now not responding to me.
I will now have to raise this with my bank.
Avoid at all costs!

Never Buying From Their Website Again

If I had known how terrible Logitech’s service is, I would have never ordered directly from their website. It’s been 10 days, and my order hasn’t even shipped yet, with zero communication or updates. In 2025, this is completely unacceptable.

When I order something from Amazon, I get it within a day. Logitech? No updates, no transparency, and I’m still waiting. The lack of efficiency and communication is shocking for such a well-known brand.

Logitech seriously needs to step up its logistics and customer service. This experience has made it clear: I will never purchase from their website again. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Ordered the wrong item mistakenly and…

Ordered the wrong item mistakenly and realised straight away, contacted them via chat to cancel or swap to the item I should’ve ordered, the chat kept getting disconnected. Then I emailed them to tell them to be told it was too late (the order hadn't even come via email at this point). They told me to refuse the item on delivery, which I did on the 20/12. The item then didn’t move until yesterday and I’m still £125 out of pocket and had to order the mouse from John Lewis instead. Don’t buy from this awful company.

Very pleased with product

Can only review from my personal experience but have just received my product which totally meets my requirements. The has been a slight delay in receiving it but Logitech kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would certainly use them again.

Avoid like the plague.

I bought the MX pro at Christmas they delivered the Mac version. Thought no problem I will exchange it. Email, nope. Online chat nope it is a bot. Support nope send you back to the bot. Phone, 40+ mins to get through only IT support no active returns dept only sales. Have to wait for them to contact me. Called again 48hrs later exactly the same. I ordered on 26th Dec and it's now 10th Jan. Absolute nightmare. They cannot organise an exchange so if I ever get a return label I will have to wait for it to go back, get refunded then order again. How can they operate like this.

I bought a keybrd last week, it has smoky grey letters, the advert showed white. I have sent back 3 weeks ago emailed them 12 times receiving a response refund within 24-48 hrs? Since then excuses not refund?

ITS JUST SHOCKING HOW BAD IT IS

Shocking. My first and last shopping with Logitech. It's just shocking how they treat their customers. Ordered on the 02.01. it's 07.01. I have picked the 1-2 days delivery and still nothing. They sent me a message where I can track my order and the tracking button is blank(dead). Never recommend anything from them
