They say they will refund if you are not satisfied, but its a lie, they will not.

Their designs are really really weak. If you are looking for professional custom design, don't use it.

I didn't know what to expect going in, but the communication was excellent. Revisions were made with zero frustration and I did send back the designs NUMEROUS times. I would definitely recommend their logo services and can't wait to use some of the other services they provide since the logo design was hassle-free.

In terms of communication, it was excellent but it took too long to edit and change any part of the logo since they take 2-3 working days in every step. Not so creative logos but they were fairly good. I will definitely work again with them because customer service is strong.
