Great experience and great quality
I’ve have ordered twice from Lola Rae and loved both items that I received lovely compliments on! One dress I thought I wanted to return as I didn’t think it suited me but swayed by friends I kept it (glad I did) so I had emailed to request a return. Although I didn’t go through with the return their response via email was quick and lovely customer service. Great quality pieces too so will continue to order with them :)

Just to clarify, all of our pieces are designed, fabric-sourced, and manufactured here in London to ensure the highest possible quality, so it’s disappointing to hear this feedback.

I purchased an outfit
I purchased an outfit, it took forever to come and then when it did come , unfortunately I didn’t like it. When I sent it back, i did not get my money back I only got store credit as they said that you don’t get a refund with sale items, I don’t feel as though this was made clear enough when you purchase, I’m very annoyed and really do not reccomend buying.

We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order.
Just to clarify, we offer both next day delivery and standard delivery (3–5 working days), and as a UK-based brand, our aim is always to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible so this should never be a problem.
In regards to your return, all sale items are eligible for store credit only, which is clearly stated on our website as well as within our terms and conditions at checkout. We always try to make this as transparent as possible before purchase.
We completely understand this can be frustrating if it’s not what you were expecting, and we really appreciate the feedback 🤍
Unimpressed. Quality just not good enough for price.
Quality of the product was poor for the price. Unfinished stitching needed cutting. Not a great fit at all. Returns policy complicated. Have to send an e-mail first and they have to receive the return in 14 days. Also postage and packaging expensive. Overall, I won't be buying anything from them again. Very unimpressed. Clearly a big mark-up on the clothes, but the quality just isn't there.

We do also carry out quality checks, however if there was ever an issue like stitching, we would always encourage customers to reach out so we can resolve this properly.
In terms of returns, our process is in place to ensure items are tracked and handled correctly, and full details are clearly outlined on our website prior to purchase. We always aim to keep this as straightforward and transparent as possible.
We are a small, family-run business, and while we always do our best to keep costs fair, things like postage and packaging reflect the reality of operating at a high standard within the UK.
