Lola's - Lola's Waterloo Opiniões

Got some gender reveal cupcakes with them and everything went smoothly and they were so kind the whole time. Plus the cupcakes were delicious too of course

Received text advising cake had been delivered to pick up point. Sales assistants very cheerful and helpful. Cake was delicious and very pretty. Birthday girl was delighted.

Amazing cakes and cupcakes. Their flavours are the best!

I ordered a 5" cake for collection, and when I arrived I didn't realise how small it was. A lovely lady named Mia helped me choose some delicious cupcakes to serve with my cake, and her recommendations were amazing! She was extremely friendly, and efficient, and I am so glad and thankful for her help in making my 21st Birthday memorable. Thank you Mia!!!

Probably the best thing I've ever tried in my life

Very easy to order and collect. We ordered the red velvet, and it was very very good. Not sickeningly sweet like others. Also loved that there are different sizes of cakes available. We got the 5” cake, and was the perfect size for us. Hate ordering a huge size and end up with so much leftover.

The service was exceptional, Prompt and politeness. The detailing on the cake and the flavours complemented each other. Last minute order with absolutely no issues.

User friendly online service. Love that I could pick up fresh at a nearby store. Upon arrival Lola's had my cake all ready to go. I appreciated the text/email reminders. Hubby loved the quality of his black forest cake. He has always loved BF and highly recommends this one. We will return and buy more cakes in the future. Cant wait to try additional options offered that we have not yet. Thanks again!!!!

Great quality ingredients. Love the low sugar element, wish there were more vegan gluten free options. I had to transport these cupcakes on my moped. My cupcakes always fall out of their placements in the box.. So when I get home it's a bit messy.. It would be useful to have a cupcake shaped lid that could be inserted inside the box to make sure they don't come loose out of their placements.

It was a 50th Birthday Cake during our trip to London. Amazing Service, Amazing Quality & Value for Money. 5***** Service All Round. Oh the cake was absolutely beautiful.

Everything was great. The cupcakes were delicious and service was also very smooth! Huge fan of Lola’s

My absolute go-to bakery for birthday cakes for all my friends and family. Customer Service team always go above and beyond to accommodate my late requests and always deliver magic!! Red Velvet is super tasty :)

Really pleased with my experience with Lola's cupcakes. I was surprised at how easy it was. I ordered a birthday cake online and picked it up from London Waterloo and immediately jumped on a train from there! And everyone loved the cake!
