Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London! A commitment that still defines who we are today. We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. Best cake ever tasted

Best cake ever tasted. The chocolate quality is amazing. Not too much cream, just to my liking. Thank you for giving us such fabulous cakes.

Worst experience of a Salted Caramel cake

I have ordered a salted caramel chocolate birthday cake hoping it would be good as per the reviews. But this was the worst salted caramel dish I have had ever. The cake was over sweet and there was no salted caramel taste at all.
Totally disappointed and would never want to try again.

I am sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with your cake.

Our Salted Caramel Cake has a rich chocolate sponge decorated with salted caramel buttercream. The buttercream is made with icing sugar and is our sweetest type of icing.

If you like caramel I would recommend our Caramel Biscuit Cake which filled with Biscoff® biscuit spread, iced with caramel mascarpone. It has a creamy caramel flavour.

For taste complaints please just return your cake to our store or we can organise a collection from your home within 2 days of purchase and we can look into this further for you.

Great cake

Great cake. Only thing I wish the packaging was a little smaller so the cake and box can be placed in the fridge. My LO, myself and family enjoyed the lemon cake. Thank you 😊

The Taste & Quality

Of course, it's the taste and quality you have maintained so far, along with the packaging and staff behavior at some of your outlets, that are the best. My whole family and I always prefer Lola's cake. The only downside is that you don't have any branches in the South London area, especially in Balham, Tooting, or Wimbledon. It would be more convenient for us if you did. Many thanks for your business.

Wonky?

Lovely cake but for some reason it was wonky. This normally happens after it’s been left out the fridge, however on this occasion it’s how I received it. Otherwise 5 stars
