Since the takeover of Emerald Prsim by Lomond, Iqra Mubashar has done a fantastic job of providing continuity during the transition period. I was initially caught off guard when this happened. However, when my long-contact, Jon Constantine left the company, Iqra dove-tailed into the position miraculously and has always been there to help through any issues around the management of our property. Iqra @ Lomond is a fantastic property manager. She always goes out of her way to problem solve for us. Assisting with every issue, small or large. I feel really well looked after in her capable hands and know that we will always be taken care of. A key component to a good rental experience.

If your property manager is James Crocker, you are in good hands. My experience with Lomond has been great solely down to a responsive, proactive and thoughtful property manager who always does his best to provide a great service. He dealt with me being stressed in a very calm and gentle manner which I appreciate so much.
