London Essentials 

I would have gone for 'no star', if I could. The jumper I bought was nothing like the picture. It was a totally different cut, very poorly, cheaply made and of very poor quality material. I would have said what material, however, there were no labels whatsoever on the garment. The Textile Products Regulations 2012 stipulates that there should be a label on every garment sold in the UK giving details of material. They have basically sent me an illegal item. 'Very angry to have parted with money dealing with this company in China. The company that operates under the name 'London Essentials' is a scam. Horrible.

Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve so far sent six emails requesting a returns label but they still haven’t sent me one. The item is extremely poor quality and looks nothing like the picture advertising it. They have offered me a15% discount which is of absolutely no use to me as the item is cheap and awful and I definitely won’t be wearing it. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS FIRM AS YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK SHOULD YOU NEED TO RETURN ITEMS!

Do not order from this site unless you are absolutely certain you are going to keep the goods, they tell you they are happy to refund if you are not happy but you would need to jump through hoops to enable a return and you never get a full refund.

Not even a one star rating Do not bother quality not good, sizing not good , tried phoning for a return and not the same company answered a pharmacy company answered and said they had been inundated by the same complaints nothing to do with them .

Still waiting for a reply from contacting them by email. Same as another review company not London base but from China ????? Stay clear of this website

I’ve just seen advert for coat which looks really nice however I’ve recently been stung by a company called Lafoxy London which as you say assume is based in London not China!! Even though I ordered larger size than normal was too small and despite website saying 30 day full refund I would’ve had to return to China after writing review on here they did eventually offer 30% refund which is better than nothing. Ppl just be aware not worth the hassle!!

I admit to thinking I was dealing with a London based company by implication of the London Bus and West End architecture, when indeed it is a warehouse in China. My items arrived and no quality attached to them at all. I am a standard fit but the items just didn't fit. Tried to contact them for a returns label and still awaiting despite three requests. If it ever arrives I have to pay the £20 return and no guarantee of a refund. They have failed to give me an address altogether way difficult too deal with!
