Shahab and Shiraz did a fantastic job delivering our fridge freezer. The access through the garden gate was tricky and they both removed the old unit and installed the new one with great care and attention. They were super friendly and helpful and worked fast. And we love our new fridge.

Very efficient removal and installation, was very helpful to have the 10 minute heads up before arrival as it gave us time to empty the old fridge.

When our oven died unexpectedly, I contacted London Appliances needing a replacement urgently. They responded quickly, understood exactly what I needed, and recommended a perfect replacement. Better still, they had it installed the very next day.

Mihail and Asen were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and efficient, removing the old oven and installing the new one in no time. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

I am a contractor, and made quite a few purchases from London Appliances, but there was this one time that I ordered an item and it did not fit my requirements.

I requested a refund and they want to charge me £100.00 to return an item that cost £229.00.

That was almost a 50% charge.

I decided to keep the item because of the return costs, and will not be ordering from them ever again.
In essence it their loss for multiple orders.

Be careful when ordering from this company, and especially if you have to do returns.

A very friendly and respectful person who showed a great deal of professionalism.
Very smooth and swift job.
