This is a scam company. I paid upfront for a level 2 report. They phoned me on the day and said I needed to pay for an upgrade as they needed to use the drone. They have promised multiple times to send through the report and I've seen nothing.

Mediocre service. Poorly written report.

Terrible. Despite charging me for their level 3 independent damp survey they did not deliver on the service and the types of testing they were supposed to use. I have written to them to complain but have been ignored for weeks. Avoid at all costs.

I booked a survey online and then had to cancel - just two days later. My survey was re- booked so I had to keep on repeating that I'd cancelled - and my consumer right to a refund was denied. What a scam!

Working with Paul is a real rollercoaster ride. Hanging up the phone, shouting over the phone, etc. Paul hired my service to provide him with SEO for two websites. Unfortunately, the fact that instead of messing around with SEO for his websites for weeks, I delivered everything as agreed but much faster, greatly displeased Paul. I even offered to provide him with content completely free of charge as extras to improve traffic. During conversation we had via phone he hung up on me (again). I do not recommend working with Paul or his company because it is not worth the stress.

Avoid London Damp Specialists at all costs. Paul and James McLaughlin are completely unprofessional and unreliable. They arrived late on the scheduled day (ignoring all calls made on the day they were meant to arrive), carried out the work to a poor standard, and within months the damp returned worse than before. Despite offering a 30-year guarantee, they have refused to honour it, ignoring all emails and phone calls.
The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking — once they’ve taken your payment (over £5000!), they disappear. This company is nothing short of a scam. Do NOT waste your time or money.

Originally I had work done when went well. There is a problem area that it was clear might always be a problem and I have had cause recently to get in touch with Paul who has repeatedly ignored me and messages, and I can see they’ve been read. Customer service is poor, look for

I tried to put in a call for a damp survey and discuss potential remedies and was met by a complete lack of understanding or willingness to even listen.

Paul then proceeded to continually say that they don't do roofs and hung up the phone, the roof was not even what the question was about.

So I will join in with the other reviewers on this one, avoid!

I paid 199.00 for a survey. No date had been set and I received a call postponing my appointment which was confusing. I then received an email on 9th Jan offering me 16th or 18th Jan. I replied the same day and since then I have received no further correspondence from them. I have now made efforts via PayPal to get my money back and as of 27th January, nothing. I also emailed again, and again nothing. Avoid at all costs!

Paid £99 for a home inspection on the basis of their professional looking website - the surveyor was in the house for all of 5 minutes and I'm still waiting to receive anything in writing two months on. Feel totally conned.

Really disappointed. I paid the £99 they request up front via PayPal for a damp inspection, however no correspondence was made to arrange visit, and no inspection has occurred. I believe this company to be fraudulent - Please avoid.
