Just don't go there
I had an appointment at 9 am. As I was approaching the clinic at 8:58, I called to tell them I was stuck in traffic and I would be 5 min late maximum. This is when, for the first time, they advised that they have a 5 min policy and they would not see me if I was more than 5 min late. I arrived at the address where the clinic should be at 9:03 but nothing indicated the LDC. I walked around to find the clinic... nothing. I saw a Randox building which I entered at 9:06 to ask if they knew where I could find the clinic and this is when they told me that this is here, in the same building! Nobody was at the LDC reception so I had to wait until 9:08 that someone shows up and tell me that it's too late to be seen. When I complained that maybe they should let the patients know where to find them, they answered, "we know, people always tell us that".
I had to go to A&E the day after.

We are sorry to hear that you were not seen as anticipated owing to traffic which caused you to be late to your appointment. We can confirm that our late policy is stipulated in our terms and conditions which all patients must agree to upon booking their appointment. It is also outlined at the bottom of all our appointment confirmation emails which patients receive, and can only apologise if you missed this. Nonetheless, we do appreciate that occasionally late running may be unavoidable and out of our patient's direct control, and we will always offer flexibility to reschedule their appointment at a time, date and location convenient to them, provided that they contact us to inform us of their late running.
Furthermore, we are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty locating us. Our website, appointment confirmations and reminders all clearly indicate where our clinics are located and we can only apologise if you still felt this was unclear. As we are unable to identify you as one of our patients, we kindly ask that you email us on info@londondoctorsclinic.co.uk such that we can look into this further for you.

Waste of money!
Waste of money!
We reached out to them to help us with a referral for private insurance. We specifically asked beforehand if we would be able to use it and they assured us they will do it for us. Paid more than 100£ for a 10 min consultation and ended up with a useless referral that they refuse to modify to have the insurance accepting it.

London Doctor Clinic's, Doctor witnessed arriving into premises at 8.12am; my appointment was 8.15am; Doctor called another patient into consultation room and then realised it should have been myself; i entered the consultation room at 8.20am; this is all avoidable as Doctor was not in the right frame of mind to deliver service. the discussion was unhelpful and there was a lack of an action plan at the end of the consultation, no playback summarising next steps, or explanation of the next steps. Unable to fullfill brief, of what is required to eradicate fungal infection. Indeed Doctor appeared not bothered. I have not yet decided whether to request a full refund for the lack of service, as it was a waste of time and money.
