The quality of the live stream was excellent. LF are professionals at the top of their game and everything is top spec. They were able to work collaboratively and responsively with the various stakeholders in the room, including the venue staff, which helped massively. They also sent over the video file of the live stream promptly after which was excellent. I also appreciated LF's general attitude to work: stress-free but proactive and deeply capable.
