This is the third time I've worked with the London Filmed team and every experience has been so fantastic - I can't recommend them enough.

Working with Scott and the all team is always an incredible experience from beginning to end. All team is beyond helpful . Quick answers to email queries, extremely flexible towards change of plans and with always a "we got you" attitude without losing the quality of work.

London filmed covered our 2023 Conference at Wembley, it was a demanding shoot over multiple stages.

London Filmed delivered all that we asked for, the photographer was very professional and self-sufficient and the account manager was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process.

I would recommend the service and I would use the service again.

I had a consultation to film an event and left it feeling like I had been belittled.

From the start of the Zoom call, the man was disinterested and gave the impression that he would rather be doing anything else than talk to me - which really set the tone for the rest of the call.

I had absolutely no idea of what fees they would charge for a few hours of filming as I have never booked this type of service before (hence why I booked a call to enquire). And when I told the man what my budget was he scoffed and told me I was way off in a patronizing tone.

I left that call feeling like I had been completely dismissed and made to feel like I had wasted his time, so no I wouldn't recommend enquiring with London Filmed if you are a smaller business who haven't got thousands of pounds to spend.

As a side note, I'm not saying that their prices aren't justified as I'm sure they do great work - I just think that the customer service could be improved.

The team took full control on the day of the event and took all the hassle and additional stress out of the filming and recording of it. Post event, they were really friendly and great to work with also on the editing. The final version looks great for use on our own website going forward. Thanks to all involved at London Filmed.
