Do not order from them, my item never arrived and I am still fighting for my refund despite calls and emails where you get no response from them.

This website is a scam. I ordered a pressure cooker, and it was never delivered.

I never received my goods, rang up to see where it was, the man on the phone said he hadn't received my order but that was impossible to know because he never even asked my name or order number. My bank fraud section is now involved. I ordered a gas hob for £159.

Company is dissolved long ago if you order anything they take payment and DON'T deliver
You will receive nothing you cannot even contact them

Shocking... never received the goods..

CS never replied to the customer request. Send email also no response. Although full pay to buy the 36cm White Chest Freezer, Freestanding Slimline Compact - SIA CHF60W/E through the online web page. Almost half a month still not delivery. Luckily using credit card to pay for it, Then I can get purchase protection scheme, to get the money back. Otherwise I will be total lose.

Do not use this company. Item did not turn up, telephone number goes to a recorded message which, together with emails, go unanswered

This company has a plausible website but is in fact fraudulent. I tracked the trading address to a former Debenhams store but when I went there I was told by the management company that they had been kicked out for non payment of bills. I’m out of pocket and trying to recover the money via the bank. Avoid avoid avoid! The low prices are low for a reason

I have not received the item ordered from you. I have also tried to contact you via email and telephone and had no response.

This company seems to not exist. Ordered an appliance, had no info and no reply to any emails for over a 3-week period and then had to make a claim with my card company. They didn't even reply to the card company so the dispute was settled but still took 6 weeks to get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a freezer, received an email saying would be dispatched within 7 days. Payment taken. Heard nothing more. Despite numerous emails, and phone calls, nothing. In the end, had to claim back via my credit card. Rubbish Company !

I ordered my hob on the 25th march and still have not received it . Have emailed and tried to call you but no response so my conclusion is London Houseware is a scam and would advise others not to use you

Awful, do not order from this company. Like many others here have said I also never received my item, couldn't get in contact with them and had to resort to claiming a refund via my bank. This was a lengthy process that took 6 weeks to complete. Not to mention the wasted time sending emails and having to rearrange installation dates with my electrician. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a dishwasher. They didn’t get in touch to offer a delivery date and didn’t respond to an email or phone call. I then exercised my statutory right to cancel, but they didn’t respond or refund me. I have taken the matter up with my credit card company.
