I very rarely write reviews, especially negative but in this case I had to make an exception.
I placed an order with these scammers (unfortunately I had not read reviews beforehand) and have had over £1,600.00 stolen.
I received no confirmation that my order was received, no communication and every time I tried to reach these people, I didn't get anywhere.
The one email I did receive said that they could not offer a refund and I would need to contact my bank.
How can a company be blatantly stealing from customers so openly in this day and age??

Please please do not believe the good reviews and DO NOT under any circumstances place an order with them. They are nothing but scammers.

Absoulty discusting taking money with no items no way at all of contacting these people only the number off Facebook the man denied he worked for company then said he did. Then ended calls. Total scam do not purchase from this company

For context I have never written a review for anything on any platform before as I’m just not one of those people who leaves reviews.

But I had to make an exception to this as I feel it’s an obligation to warn people not to get scammed by this fake company.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS ‘COMPANY’ they will take your money & ignore you.

I have tried to contact them by phone for 3 weeks everyday with no response - you are forwarded to an answering machine that won’t take any more messages from the amount of people ringing up trying to get their orders. They don’t respond to social media messages or emails either.

Unless you want to have your money taken with no products delivered avoid these bunch of scammers like the plague.

Placed an order on 24 November Had no contact since then . This is , in my opinion a scam company . DO NOT USE !!

Can't give 0 stars. Ordered gas hob on the 16th December it's now 7th January still no delivery, tried to contact them on multiple occasions by email and phone, can't leave a message as the message box is full. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a beer fridge, arrived with the box damaged. Opened it it is broken. I have emailed and had no reply and nobody answers the phone.

This company are a bunch of crooks, I ordered a freezer which arrived damaged. Several phone calls to London Houseware, each time being assured he would phone me tomorrow to arrange a date to collect and replace the freezer but of course, nothing. Fobbed of time and again.
Terrible customer service from a shoddy company, do not order from London Houseware.

There was a month delay with my order, which isn't a problem in itself.
But I emailed to advise that due to the delay, I've had to purchase elsewhere as needed it asap.
Asked for a refund, no reply.
Emailed again asking for a refund, again no reply.
Called with no answer.
Emailed again and did get a reply saying it would be delivered by 5th November.
Advised again, the I have already purchased another one and want a refund.
Got a reply promising it will be delivered by the 5th November, it arrived on the 8th!
I now have an appliance I don't want or need and they seem unlikely to refund me, even though I've asked numerous times!
Do not buy from this company!

Delivery was late . When tried to contact you it was difficult to reach you.

Replacement for my existing cooker hood, good price prompt delivery.

All round good. Delivered promptly. Item fully as described.

My order was delivered without factory packaging and with the wrong amount on the receipt.

Ordered a SIA cooker hood. It was fitted but broke after 3 days. The guarantee is with SIA, but they would not refund me as the product was purchased the londonhouseware.com. I had to buy a replacement from SIA. SIA then gave Londonhouseware.com the refund as they were the original purchaser, and arranged for the faulty one to be collected. Londonhouseware.com refused to give me a full refund claiming it was more than 14 days since the item was purchased. I had to threaten to get Trading Standards involved, and then they agreed a full refund - I am still waiting.
Note Londonhouseware.com do not hold stock, instead they take your orders and pass them on the manufacturer. Hence the difficulty getting a refund under the guarantee. Better to go directly to the manufacture next time.

No email communication until they want a review. I had to message/call/email them to get an order confirmation. They did call me and the item was delivered within 48 hours. It is a great freezer.
Customer service amd communication needs some work!

Bought a 70 inch sharp TV and was initially concerned as read reviews on here post purchase.
No email confirmation and the person on the phone is a little vague.
However, TV arrived earlier than originally advised and is what we required. No complaints.

The Cooker Hood I purchased was not fit for purpose, it didn’t work. I had to have it rewired and soldered by an Electrician! I needed it in a hurry hence carrying out repairs instead of returning the item.
I informed London Warehouse but am still awaiting comments?

pleased with quick delivery sooner than expected.
installation simple, but was spoiled as there was no supplied fitting to connect the gas pipe.
The supplied fittings to clamp the Hob from underneath
the worktop did not fit. A selection of clamps to cover different worktop sizes would have solved the problem.
Other than that , the Glass Hob is very nice.
