I ordered a wowcher galaxy fit bit watch with a charging dock what I received was a watch and no charging dock.
I paid £49 for this useless item 😒 I went in Ebay to pay an extra £5 for a Galaxy charger and still this watch didn't charge
I have contacted Magic London several times I have contacted Wowcher on X and wowcher on Whats app and got no where. I'm going to open a dispute through Pay Pal to try and jog this company's morals and trading ethics. It is not acceptance to sell me an item that is not fit for purpose and expect me to pay £49 for the pleasure. Shame on Wowcher

Absolutely appalling customer service purchased an iPad via Wowcher through this store. First iPad would not load web pages so slow eventually got a replacement which was exactly the same they probably returned my original one back to me. Returned yet again and was promised an alternative product as refused me a refund I’ve given up now it’s been months and no further forward. I would steer clear from these people at all costs and beware of Wowcher as you don’t know who’s supplying the product till it’s too late. There’s a reason they have no reviews on their website!

After reading so many terrible reviews across various platforms after I’d placed my order, I was very anxious. I ordered 2 iPads via Wowcher & was told that they would be delivered on the 24th of February. Much to my surprise they were dispatched on Monday & arrived today (21/02). They were traceable via Royal Mail. Communication was ok. So far so good with both of the iPads. Pristine condition & all seem to be in normal working order so hoping they stay this way!
The only downside was having to pay 12.99 twice for delivery even though it was placed as one order at the same time…

Was given an iPad that didn’t work and was made to pay £10 to return which wasn’t refunded. Horrible communication. Would avoid at all costs.

I cannot recommend that you trade with this company I tried to purchase an iPad I paid and the item never arrived and all I got was a bunch of emails repeating the same question a month has now gone by and no sign of any refund it’s been really distressing all round

My item has never arrived. There was no contact from the company and no refund issued.

I purchased a refurbished iphone from this company buying it in”excellent condition” the phone arrived and has damage through to the bare silver metal on the casing in multiple places to the front & rear.

The seller has misadvertised this phone as it should have been sold as fair condition which commands a much lower price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They are refusing to cover the cost of the return postage and despite putting a card in with the phone saying customer service is paramount to them, they actually don’t actually give a damn!

Im having to pay for return postage despite being misled and backmarket do not cover you when a seller misleads you. Very poor service indeed!

This seller with such poor feedbacks should be fined. Do not buy from them!

Htc cha cha is such a splendid phone. . it was delivered very fast indeed. in excellent condition. this is above average seller. Thank you for an outstanding quality phone that now serves me well .

I bought a doro phone from this company via eBay for my old MUM ." listed as sim free unlocked to all networks " I wanted it for tesco mobile . Didn't work . Tried auto and manual set up " no joy " kept displaying " EE T-MOBILE " NO customer service phone number for this company . I had to E-mail via eBay . 2 days later got a RESPONCE accusing me of breaking phone when inserting si " they MENT sim " and just to send phone back at my expense " MY EXPENCE FOR THEIR ERROR "

This was the first and last time I deal with these PIRATES

I found what I thought I wanted on line on London magic store website
Free delivery was available fairly quickly (within 2 days) and the charge for removing the old appliance was free. Absolutely great service.
The delivery time slot was advised the day before and received on time.

This was 5th purchase form Londonmagicstore. This guys are always great with their magical price. My iPhone 6 was the cheapest on whole eBay, and it was exactly as described. Top delivery services with all new original accessories. For peace of mind I took this to apple and they confirmed it was all original.

Postage was super quick. I am absolutely happy as everything was perfect. I would happy recommend them to everyone.

My phone arrived on time. I have requested seller to send it with my VAT receipt and they provided with my needs. I have noticed most companies on eBay usually ignore the VAT receipt request. But Londonmagicstore did it without asking twice.

The shipping service they have used was the quickest service I ever came across. My phone was delivered within 16 hours of payment.

I am very happy with their service as my old phone was stolen and I needed a phone urgently. The condition of phone was like new even though I have paid for a seller refurbished phone. Top quality service

Quoted price for IPhone 6 was within a whisker of others but Londonmagicstore rating score clinched it. I was contacted once the phone was send and updated quickly with regard to the delivery. This also arrived very quickly. Overall exceptionally pleased. Phone was like next to new condition.

I've had the mispleasure of dealing with these devious thieves.. I bought a phone from them through GAME marketplace.
They described the phone on their website as the phone I'd wanted and NEW. What I received was completely different. It was a completely different phone (very much cheaper) It was used not NEW. To top it off it was even a different colour! After a serious amount of time fighting with GAME customer services (also totally useless and uncaring) they eventually bothered to send the seller an email.
Game didnt even give the correct information, showing how little they care too.
Long and short of the story - london magicstore have not refunded the phone. They have had it returned to them. They have signed for the receipt of it and claim they don't have it. They will do anything not to provide a service. GAME don't care either.

DO NOT BUY THEM & AVOID ANYTHING TO DO WITH LONDON MAGIC STORE

Must be fake items as they didnt offer any warranty assistance wth faulty beats headphones

I actually got sent an item, but was completely fake.
They said they would refund plus postage (International)
As soon as I posted the item they disappeared and didn't pay postage.

Its been weeks and the only reply to my messages are on review sites saying "please contact us at" which is just to look good!!!

They ignore my Eay messages, email messages and delete my facebook posts on there page!

I bought 2 apple charge cables and one iphone's Headphones.
Thay was represented as genuine items but I received damaged and fake items.
the store offered me to send back the items, to get a refund.
The shipment cast back to them was not worth the money I paid for the items so I decided to keep the them.
So I didn't received the refund and stuck with bad items ):

after i gave them a bad review on ebay they offerd another refund but i decline,
thay should have act fair from the beginning, the money is not the issue any more.

They sell good items, they're very very professional dealer.They have the customer on first place!
