Ordered a garden swimming pool from this uk company. After I had paid I received a confirmation e mail from a US company 'worldruggallery' who then deducted the amount in dollars and several days later took further money from my account for foreign currency fees. No replies from email enquiries and all phone numbers were not recognised.
This company needs naming and shaming. So many people have been on the receiving end of this SCAM, they need removing from on line searches to stop the stress and emotional upset they are causing daily.

I've unfortunately had a customer from this site at my door this afternoon. They are scamming people and unfortunately, coming to my home address?!

Like everyone else, I've tried their email and phone number. They don't answer or reply.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, and please leave me in peace!

This is undeniably a scam company. I ordered a Pilates Reformer costing £359 to finally get some relief from the unbearable pain of Piriformis Syndrome. Despite placing the order through this company's website, I received a confirmation email from Velveta.us—a clearly American company. The email even contained another email address at yet another shady domain, "britishtalk.shop."
I have repeatedly tried to contact SnuggleOtter, Velveta.us, and britishtalk.shop—twelve long days later, and still no response from any of them. There’s absolutely no sign of my order, no acknowledgment, nothing. This is utterly unacceptable. I have now had to raise a request with my credit card company for a refund, but the frustration and disappointment are overwhelming.

This is a scam company ordered a keter storage for the garden. Although iorder through this companies website it was completed through a company called readlings based in the USA. Contacted both companies several times to chase order but no luck. Raised a request through the bank to get my moneyback

I ordered a swimming pool from Snuggle Otter I believe there is a genuine company called that, but another company through Crafty Stitch and the platform Shopify, using the same name address is in Blackpool, The company is a SCAM.

Bought a pool from them and when it didn't arrive we realised everything is fake - the website, email address, phone number. All fake.

Do not buy.

Poor company, take your money tell you the product has being delivered ( when it has not )
Contact Email dose not exist and phone number just goes to answer phone and they do not ring back

I have Ordered and paid £490 for a new aircat dingy . Received a confirmation email and order number straight away.
However, that's all I've received. No delivery update , dispatch time , and definatley no product!.
Have gone down all the usual routes , email , ringing the fake phone number. No response at all . I have now informed my bank and they are attempting to get my money back.
My advice is steer well clear of snuggle otter and make your purchases elsewhere .

I ordered a dehumidifier from this company in January and have never received it. Multiple calls and emails but no response. Thankfully paid on my credit card and the bank have done a chargeback and refunded my money. Had another email from the bank today to say the company are contesting the chargeback! Not sure how they can do this when I still haven’t received the order!

I wish I could give less than a star. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SCAM!!!
They sent me emails that they are chasing my product and finally agreed to send refund and it's been a month since then with no more reply. I regret of not checking the reviews before placing the order.

Ordered a dehumidifier, never received and unable to contact SnuggleOtter and address on Gov website is for a totally different company. I have reported to Trading Standards

This website is a scam that sets up daily subscription payment and does not provide item and does not respond to messages

Should have checked Trustpilot. It is a scam. Website so professional. But good news you can contact your bank and ask for form to apply for chargeback. If successful they will refund your money and charge a fee to the rogue company. Also do report to Blackpool them trading standards but unlikely they have given a genuine Blackpool address.

Scam - received confirmation of order but nothing else. Have contacted several times for cancellation and refund but have had nothing back.

Purchased a dehumidifier and received a confirmation e mail but no response since. Now over two weeks. Look up the business address on google maps any it’s a Victorian terrace.
Check before buying.
About three weeks later Slade Marketing (good reviews) gave me a credit without explanation. I’m thankful for the credit and the suns come out reducing the need for a dehumidifier.
