Delivery was supposed to be 18-19/12.
Not dispatched until 20/12.
Now 23/12 and according to Royal Mail they still haven't yet received it.
I can't imagine it will be arriving in time for Xmas.
Good price, but I'd avoid if you need the item anytime soon.

I ordered 2 perfumes, arrived in perfect condition and got a lovely complimentary cosmetic bag. Perfume was a great price.

I placed an order with this company which were the best prices online for the perfumes I ordered. I then started to read the reviews and got a little worried, however, there was absolutely no need to be worried by these negative reviews, although it took a little longer for delivery my parcel has arrived today and everything seems just great. I also received updates via email regarding the delivery dates so I was fully aware of when it was being shipped and delivered. I would definitely recommend this company for the good prices, but just allow a little more time for the delivery.

I received no confirmation email, have tried to reach out to look Incredible twice by email to customer service and twice by phone , no one picks up despite a 20 minute wait both times very poor service . Money taken from my account on the 13th , this was a Christmas present which I have now had to buy twice My order number is 17246 I would like a refund please Miranda

I allowed thirteen days for delivery and then contacted lookincredible. Their conclusion was that it had been lost and will issue a refund. Very disappointing. Better to pay a bit more to a reliable website.

Ordered on 3rd Dec, received an email confirming order. Heard nothing so rang customer services on 12th Dec waited 30mins for call to be answered to be told my order has been cancelled and they had sent be an email to tell me my order had been refunded (no email had sent). Then waited for a further week for refund. So although prices may be a little cheaper not worth the stress.

Takes over 10days to ship and takes as long as they want for refund. This isn’t the place to order stay away!

Ordered an aftershave for my son for Christmas over 10 days ago, no dispatch info and no communication. I’m now going to have to order elsewhere as I’m worried this is not going to arrive in time for Christmas.
Very very disappointed, will never use this website again.

Was a rocky start to this order but got my goods. Well packed.....I just feel they should have been a little more transparent and answered phones as it led me to feel there was issues. I have apologised.

I’d give 0 if i could i ordered aftershaves off their for christmas which clearly said in stock and now so close to christmas they’re telling me it’s not in stock? Avoid them at all costs.

What an absolute joke of a company! Ordered a christmas gift for my wife on 4th December, had confirmation of my order. Then recieve an email 10 days before christmas telling me that my order has been refunded!!! No prior communication, no explanation just "your order has been refunded" a week before Christmas!!
