Ordered from them on 25 November no news for a week and had to chase. Eventually delivered but sent the wrong perfume and wrong sizes!
When I called several times, all you get is Spanish guitar music and it just rings and rings. On my sixth occasion managed to speak to someone! Told to send it back and they would send replacements. I did so that day.
Got confirmation of receipt by them and when chased them, told what I wanted was out of stock. They ignored my chasers and seemed they wanted to be slow in repaying me so I could buy from elsewhere, so I made a charge back claim and got my money back from my bank.
I advise you to avoid this source for your purchases and go to perfume sites with an over 4 rating, such as perfume price and perfume click.
The fact that look incredible do not make response comments on Trustpilot is telling.

The order was placed on 26/11. On 05/12, having received no updates or confirmation, customer service was contacted to request an update. The replies were very unspecific, even though the questions were simple and required clear answers such as yes, no, or valid tracking information. Instead of addressing the questions, customer service provided estimated delivery timeframes that had already passed.

On 06/12, the order status was changed to “Shipped”; however, no tracking information was provided. The tracking number supplied is not usable with any courier company, and the name of the shipping company has not been disclosed.

As of the date of this review 10/12/2025 , the order has not been delivered, and no clear or specific answers have been provided by customer service. I would avoid using this company in the future.

I would give minus stars if possible. This company is an absolute disgrace.

I placed an order and received no confirmation. Days later, I got an email claiming my item had been dispatched, yet the status has remained stuck ever since. No delivery has arrived. No replies to any of my emails.

Unreliable, unresponsive, and unacceptable.

Absolutely a spam of a company. Received half of the order and damaged. I contacted several times and the line was dropping all the time. I made a lost. Sent an email to them as proof and they never replied.
Really bad service. Stay away from this company as it is a SPAM.

It took 2 whole weeks to ship my item they probably had to source it from somewhere else as they don't sell it anymore on their website after my purchase 😂 why do companies do this 🤦 waste peoples time. After multiple chases it was finally received. Long and short of it I won't be using them again.

Paid for 2 perfumes waited over a week then the email to say lost in transit they will refund within 3 to 5 working days. Would not recommend at all.

Never received product despite chasing. Reported to trading standards. Complete scam and suspect 5 star reviews are fake.

Purchased Clarins products, slow delivery - maybe 10-14 days. Noticed they were in old style packaging, checked bar code, products were almost 5 years old!! They did refund, but again took ages.

Total con. Ordered 2/3 weeks ago. No tracking no confirmation. Emailed said would arrive by certain date hasn’t. Been ignoring emails no package. Tried to call doesn’t work. Think they take orders off perfumes use your money for other things. Then say it’s lost big con they’ve got things in stock

Honestly worst company I’ve ever used..
Order a aftershave for £40 10 days ago now , aparently it got shipped on Friday but still Royal Mail tracking is saying we are waiting for the parcel, have reached out to them numerous times and tried to call waited 40 mins with no answer, I am now doing a chargeback with my bank for this . Don’t waste your time or money.

This is my first time ever using look incredible, I placed the order for two perfumes last friday having been a week now I wasn’t provided any tracking, delivery information etc. I had to contact them myself to be told that one of the perfumes was “lost in transit” which seems like a lie as no delivery information was even provided to me prior. They only provided the tracking numbers when I contacted them, I think they would have forgotten to even send them I just think it’s terrible that the customer has to contact to be told that your item is lost and the other hasn’t even been sent yet. I honestly don’t think I would use them again

I placed an order for two deodorants on the 15th October and paid £3.50 for the expedited delivery. I chased the delivery status of the items on the 16th as I'd had no email confirmation - 17th I received an email stating 'I can confirm that your order is due to be dispatched today.'

Today - 21st October - I chased the delivery status again as I've not had anything through, only to receive an email 'I can confirm that your order is due to be delivered to you on Friday. Your order has been packed and is awaiting pick up by the courier.
Once it has been picked up, you will receive an email with the tracking information.'

So, I was told it was being dispatched last week only to now be told its a week and a half after ordering I'll receive - I dread to think what the delivery timescales would have been if I'd selected the Free delivery!

If you have no rush for the items, I think you'll be okay, but if you pay extra for speedier delivery, this is really frustrating.

I have ordered a Birthday gift for my wife , money has gone, no confirmation email, nobody answers the phone, spent over an hour on the phone, but nobody answered

Decent products fair price. Would be 5* but they dispatched half the order within days but took two weeks to fulfill the whole order which was supposedly all in stock l but got there in the end no harm no foul. Would use again.

needed more info at weekend (where yous seemed to be closed but did not supply adequate order info ie order info will resume upon re opening hours) but once delivery stage info resumed can’t complain as price and delivery excellent 👌
