I ordered a perfume on 21.09 on 27.09 I don't have any update,I send them multiple messages and tried to call ,but no one answered.i contacted my bank to stop the transaction.its hilarious as they keep advertising themselves but they do nothing to complete their orders.i just want my money back and never deal with them again.i truly suggest you to think twice before to order.usually I don't give bad reviews,but is hilarious as you might be forced to order from another place as with them you can't deal

Glosses as I couldn’t find them elsewhere. After reading the reviews about no delivery,
the company disolved in 2024, therefore illegal to trade. Check out the goverment website !!!!!

I placed an ordered worth £50 and the delivery never arrived. I emailed several times and spent hours on the phone listening to Spanish guitar music but got no response. No idea what to do next so please do not use this company, learn by my mistake

Purchased perfume as a gift 1/9/25 and paid for 48hour tracked delivery to ensure it arrived in time for the birthday. Nothing has arrived after 3 days so made multiple calls which went unanswered and sent multiple emails which nobody replied to. After 3 weeks still no delivery. Did manage to speak with the most awful ‘customer service’ representatives I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with on the 6th, 9th and 12th of September (now nearly 2 weeks late!) who were very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. All the calls were recorded so I requested they be sent to me but this was refused. 2 weeks after purchase was promised a new bottle of perfume would be sent out with a free toiletry bag (even though I’d now been forced to buy elsewhere on the high street as the person’s birthday was a week ago so I was out of pocket due to a higher price paid for the item and travel costs..!) This promised replacement with free bag also never arrived. Three weeks later and around 15 unreturned calls, 10 or so unanswered emails, awful treatment from the customer service team on the few rare occasions I actually got through to someone and I still haven’t received either of the 2 promised resent items or any of the call recordings that they must legally supply me with as requested. No manager call back has happened. Every part of my diabolical experience has led me to believe that this is a SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Placed an order, it didn’t arrive- reported it and was advised a replacement would be resent immediately- that didn’t arrive either. Currently waiting for a refund

Company took my money but I never received item tried to phone to enquire numerous times but no answer I had to get my bank to refund the money avoid this company as it is not a legitimate buisness

I ordered perfume and shampoo from this company. I received the package two weeks later. The box contained only perfume. I didn't receive the shampoo. I tried calling the company, but no one answered the phone. I listened to Spanish music for 20 minutes. I contacted them on Facebook Messenger. I don't think I'll get a response. Please avoid this company and don't buy anything from them. They are scammers.

Ordered 1 item on Monday for a birthday, its now Saturday and it was only despatched on the Friday - still not received it and thus will not get it in time. Totally useless company.

Before i placed an order i called to confirm date of next day delivery for an item for a gift and it was all confirmed. I placed the order, paid for next day delivery and a week later it still hasn’t arrived. I had to re purchase the gift.
