Siden jeg fik min første LOOW 220 t-shirt, har jeg stort set ikke haft andre typer t-shirts på. Selv efter en lang arbejdsdag generes jeg hverken af svedpletter eller -lugt. Uld er et fantastisk materiale. Jeg har prøvet 3-4 andre merino uld t-shirts fra andre producenter, men pasformen og kvaliteten hos LOOW er i en klasse for sig.

Great quailty, very fast delivery! I had LOOW since they started up, their stuff are just great.

the clothes quality are generally great which is why youve seen me buy i think around 15 times now, over a few deliveries.

i like that deliveries have been fast and more or less always at expected dates.

i would like jacket options, including smart casual options. a competitor, i********r has made a few that ive bought.

couple reasons why im buying loow: chatgpt recommended you, and the country where i currently stay doesnt have a great in store selection when it comes to merino clothing.

the merino wool boxer that i bought ripped slightly at the bottom though. seems like im a S on t-shirt and that fits but M on boxer is on small side, so not sure if sizing is super consistent

I’ve used LOOW intensely for the past few years. I’m a forester and used to be an infantry officer and I use them every single day (!!). There’s a reason why I use Loow rather than some of the other brands available; the comfort, the durability, the customer service and the availability.
For me there’s no other option than to pick the best product!!

Products are great but I’ve had a lot of trouble with returns. Still waiting on a return label one week after I initiated a return despite several emails

Nothing wrong with the products.
I received them in a paper bag, which was torn open in several places, revealing what was inside - probably due to rough handling by the post company.
BUT the wrapping was poor from LOOW´s side - actually no wrapping, just the paper bag.
I suggested to LOOW that they do something about that.
