I had no issues for a while but I recently woke some money and then the issues happened I have been credited a 0.75p bonus that I did not want and can't remove there is also a game stuck open on my account I have tried to close with no success I emailed 4 times no respons over 48h I have used the help bot which was working for a while and stopped now for over 48h the bouse was ment to be valid till 4-5-23 but is still stuck on my account I have now tried Facebook and waiting out for reply on there fingers crossed I am already verified aswell.

Great site to play but take a bit long for withdrawal

I'm confused, they are saying they need a 3rd party gaming provider verification. It says in TCS that it only for winning over 5k. I asked how long and got told there is no time frame. Seem like a legit company though just all a bit vague and left me confused as to when I'll get my money withdrawn.

I made the initial withdrawal almost a week ago, had a number of replies but takes a while to get a reply. Now after 6 days after my withdrawal its been said the withdrawal is with payments and could once processed (still not processed) it will take 2-7 days.
