Hab Shampoos und Haaröl bestellt, welche schon viel zu überteuert waren und jetzt zwei Monate später ist mir aufgefallen, dass monatlich Geld von meinem Visa Konto abgebucht wird. Ich habe das Produkt jedoch nur einmal erhalten. Achtung, Abofalle !!!

Uber Instagram mal ein Testshampoo bestellt. Nach paar Wochen kam Abbuchung PayPal. Monatliche Lieferung hatte ich nie angegeben. Stornierungslink kommt erst nach Email schreiben. Hier wird man in eine automatische Abbuchung gefangen. Unmöglich sowas!!!!!

Sehr fragwürdige Firma
Die Firma antwortet auf die von ihnen angegebene E-Mail-Adresse nicht. Ich bat sehr bald nach der Bestellung um Stornierung. Als ich am nächsten Tag keine Antwort erhalten hatte, verschickte ich eine weiter E-Mail an die Firma. Heute habe ich gesehen, dass im Laufe des gestrigen Tages (nach dem ich meine zweite E-Mail versendete) ein E-Mail der Firma kam von wegen "Ihre Sendung ist unterwegs". Ich habe zwar auf die E-Mail geantwortet aber es wird sich wahrscheinlich nichts bringen. Alles sehr befremdlich! Mein Tipp: Finger weg von dieser Firma!

Nog een slachtoffer
Wilde mijn artikelen retourneren omdat ik niet tegen een ingrediënt in de shampoo kan. Wilde de voordeel van de twijfel geven en het retourneren. Het bedrag van het retourneren is aanzienlijk, maar minder dan het bedrag dat ik heb betaald voor de artikelen.
Uiteindelijk krijg ik het pakketje retour. Er staat letterlijk op mijn pakket dat deze is geweigerd omdat er nog EXTRA betaald moest worden bij de Douane?? Ik heb hier nooit een bericht van gekregen, laat staan hoe dat betaald moet worden.
Waarom wordt een pakket van retourneren die normaal is ingepakt uberhaupt vastgehouden bij de Douane... Als bedrijf met ervaring, waarom vraag je uberhaupt aan de klant om te retourneren als je weet dat dit de uitkomst is.
Ze denken vast dat we alles slikken hier in Nederland en niet begrijpen dat we zijn opgelicht omdat ze "klantvriendelijk" blijven door te reageren en te doen alsof ze niet schudig zijn aan de situatie.

Aangeven dat je wilt retourneren, welke reden dan ook, eerst 10x een extra korting aanbieden terwijl je duidelijk aangeeft de troep niet te willen, vervolgens terugsturen naar hun 'warehouse' in China. Refund niet mogelijk omdat vastligt bij douane en import betaald moet worden op een return...Niet aangeven hoeveel dit dan is. Het is echt helemaal waardeloos. VER WEG BLIJVEN VAN DIT 'BEDRIJF'

Achtung! Firma ist Betrug. Gibt vor eine deutsche Firma zu sein, Ware wird aus China versendet und es wird auch nicht die auf der Internetseite dargestellte Ware versendet. Bei der Kosmetik handelt es sich um billige China-Kosmetik. Das dargestellte Rückgaberecht ist auch ein Witz, man kann die Artikel auf eigene Kosten nach China zurück senden. Auch eine Beanstandung bei Klarna ergab keinen Erfolg. Sehr fragwürdig, dass Klarna mit so einer Firma arbeitet. Absolute Frechheit!

Über Lieferung nur hingehalten.
Bestellung wird mit 5-7 Werktagen Lieferung angegeben. Nach 23 Tagen noch keine Sendung, konnte auch keine Sendung nachverfolgen, da es nur eine Ankündigung seitens Loreeskin gab. Das Produkt kommt aus China und somit wussten die Mitarbeiterin das es nicht möglich ist das Produkt in 7 Tagen zu liefern. Ich wurde jedes mal auf gleiche hingehalten. Im E-Mail stand " ihre Lieferung ist unterwegs, bitte geben sie uns 3-4 Tage zeit und ich könnte die Lieferung verfolgen" uns das 3 mal. Sehr ärgerlich, ich wurde nur immer hingehalten. Ich versuche mein Geld zurück zu bekommen, da ich das Produkt nicht mehr benötige ( wäre ein Geschenk gewesen) und nächste Jahr kann ich es nicht mehr entgegennehmen. Da Lieferzeit min. 30 Tage
