This is a fraudulent company. Items I have ordered nothing like in the picture, material is different, for instance, chiffon replaced by cotton type; bad make.
I have sent it back, but after 4 months it has returned to me. Web said made in USA, but everything from China.
I have lost around £100 with the delivery costs. Do not buy from Lotimena, simple as that!

Mine went straight in the bin, couldn’t find where to get a refund, shoddy item with faults and they offered me 10% cash money back so took it because it seemed impossible to get total refund. They were very quick to offer this and they did put that back in my account. Item material wasn’t what was in the description

I ordered a woman's cashmere jumper. It arrived eventually! Nothing like described. It's in fact 100% polyester tunic! It fits okay though. To much trouble to send it back. This site is a scam. Actually it is in China. That I found out after I had ordered

Don't buy. This is a store that presents beautiful fashion dresses online. They scan a sample of the original and print it on poor material. I ordered a knitted sweater, got a smooth printed polyester T shirt .. I also suspect that the same company is operating under different domains. I bought at Lotimena and Kangaltree at the same time to check how serious they are. All websites operate on a similar principle. What I resent most about paypal is that it deals with them at all. If the store had not stated the possibility of paying with Paypal, it would not have bought at all. In short, it is a classic scam

very low quality products and the worst thing is that it is impossible to return them except at one's own expense and sending the products back to CHINA costs more than the products. experience to be avoided

BEWARE this website is a scam. Also check other websites for same pictures of clothes. Goods/clothes bore no resemblance to pictures on website.
Material substandard, poorly sized, actually unwearable.
Returns have to be returned to China at buyers expense. Although refund agreed only £3.22 from £96 order!!!
I just had to write the loss off after several emails etc. Difficult as l am pensioner on restricted income.
Don't be conned & buy anything from this company or their other named companies. Offices registered in this country but of no help. Contacted Trading Standards again no help.

The top /tunic I purchased was nothing like the description given on their Web-site. I had taken my measurements but when it arrived apart from the material not being cotton blends, one of the side seams being puckered and the neckline's slash opening was huge.... It wouldn't stay up on me... (I'm very broad shouldered). Again nothing like the write up or picture shown.
I have sent numerous emails to the company through various methods, still waiting for an acknowledgement. It has been 3wks since and emails every day for 2wks........!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF ANYTHING ISN'T RIGHT, THEY DON'T WANT TO KNOW!!!!!

Postage costs not revealed until payment being made. The clothes are overly synthetic and not true to measurements. Their return address is in China and, although return accepted, they say "International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side". I gave up and am stuck with rubbish purchases. Truly awful purchase experience

I ordered a green shirt with a sunflower on it.(reviews were good) I took it out of the package and noticed the huge hole in the wrist area. I contacted customer service and was offered 30% refund. I responded back with my disapproval. I was then sent a return label so I need to return the item for a refund,but I have to pay for return shipping. I don't feel I should. I don't have a printer so now more inconvenience going to the library to print a label. I contacted them and said I shouldnt have to pay for return shipping because I feel it was a quality issue. It should have been checked before shipping it out. I would like another sent out free of charge. This was my first purchase with the company and I'm very displeased. I feel it is going nowhere with the company & somehow couldn't review on my account page. Maybe this will help.

BEWARE! If I could give NO STARS for Lotimena, I would. After 5 months this company based in China will still not refund my money spent on their shoddy items, which were NOT as advertised, were wrongly sized, really cheap and poorly made, see-through nylon and worse--although photo ads show linen. I didn't even put on the first item nor open the other packaging once I saw the bad quality and sizing. The items were returned within days of receiving. I supplied all requested documentation including photo evidence of all receipts, postage and packaging, plus photos of delivering to post office. Lotimena had tried to get me to accept a very low percentage of refund so I would NOT return prior to their supplying me with a return label--which you have to write to them to get, also making the refund process difficult and dissuading. And although I supplied photo receipts and other evidence from post office of my returning items with a cost to me, Lotimena have said the item never arrived. Then they stopped answering my emails. They won't even refund me the low percentage refund for NOT returning (which was like 35% of cost paid). So they have my money and I have nothing. If I'd read TRUST PILOT reviews first I would never have shopped with Lotimena. NOT answering emails to sort the issue and general terrible treatment of customers is not acceptable. It's a matter of time before businesses like this fail based on word of mouth. Good customer service matters. Beware too that they also trade under lots of different names including FASHIONSTOR...

I bought 4 tps all of which were a bad fit. I quicky got permission to return them but no address to return them to. Not surprised. Reading the other reviews it appears that I would ned to return them to either China or India. Please do not waste your money by buying form them as you will lose your money on sub stabdard clothing.

Like many genuine buyers,s reviews , I feel cheated by this company, waste of your money.
Ma UK based company that asks you to return goods to China and India ( never to be received or refunded) the dreadful product they send.

This site should be reported to trading standards which I am going to do. I ordered 3 tops, when they arrived they were absolutely dreadful, material I can't even identify?? The items were completely different to those portrayed on their website and dreadful quality. I spent £52 in total, asked them for the return label and they informed me that I would be responsible for the costs of postage to "India" !! I quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and it made no difference at all. They still insist I have to pay postage and that it would be easier for me if I were to accept a 25% reduction. I told them no, I don't want the tops and I certainly won't wear them. They then came back and offered 35% off. I am continuing to wrangle with them but they won't give way. Dreadful Company avoid at all costs !!!!!

Ordered something described as "knitted floral sweater cotton". Anything less like that arrived today. It is certainly not knitted, it is of inferior blend of materials resembling poor T-shirt material. The pattern is nothing like the pattern advertised, doubt whether I'll ever wear it, I totally dislike this item. Beware, if it sounds to good to be true then it is too good to be true! Be very careful and do not believe what you think you see on this site

I ordered 3 items on 29.07.21. Cost £55.74. Two were greatly oversized and the third very poor quality so I returned them on 23.08.21 despite offers of reductions and refunds against purchase price. Postage £21.65 Chinese post tracking system states that the items are held up at customs for assessment since 14.09.21 and I can't access this system at present.
Just a caution. I may be down £77 on this.

I ordered 3 sweaters/tops at a cost of £35 and £9 postage. They took over 2 weeks to arrive.
The are VERY cheap copies of the pictures on their site, one top instead of embroidery had glued on imitation stitching.
I asked to return them, yes I can send them back to China at my own cost for postage and customs, OR they will refund me 15% of the cost of the tops and keep them.
So I have three rubbish tops I don’t want and a refund that doesn’t even cover my postage.
This is just another version of the other ‘foreign’ clothing sites out there, don’t be fooled keep your money

I returned items to this company in China at a massive cost at the beginning of August and nearly 3 months later, and after several times of asking, they are still saying they have not received my parcel and won't refund me for the returned items. So in effect, the 2 items I decided to keep have cost me in the region of £100. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Don't be lured in by the website photographs! The articles of clothing are appalling versions of the catalogue items. Badly made. Cheap and rather nasty fabrics. No acceptable returns program.

The dresses costing £71 I ordered arrived rather slowly, unfortunately I did not like them, this is where the problems start, contacted company to arrange refund but they had such a complicated and demanding refund policy it was very difficult to arrange return. Eventually posted them at a cost of £26, they arrived in China within six days, this is where problems really started, stuck in customs now for almost seven weeks, China post, who now are the agents, cannot help, Lotimena won’t credit until they have the goods. Seems to us that we have lost our money, wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.
