Don't go near this site, I joined after being taken in by the pictures which looked nothing like the clothing I received, came from China, cheaply made, the 2 tops which I thought were lovely cotton turned out to be cheap garish pink and blue polyester affairs and the loose (supposedly large) oversized cardigan was ridiculously small, poorly made and finished just under by boobs.

I ordered two dresses in the S size ,they are both too large. I wanted them for a wedding but they arrived a week after the wedding.Regardless I want to return them both. I explained when I e-mailed that the parcel didn’t contain an invoice.
The only proof I have is my statement from my bank and of course the dresses that are completely unsuitable. I sent a screenshot of the label on the packaging of the dresses and the wrapper on the parcel.Now they are saying they can’t trace my order. If they rectify this for me I will write a further review.

AWFUL, spend nearly fifty pounds on boots for my wedding that ended up being cheap replicas of the photo with faulty stitching and cheap material. When I requested a return they told me I had to pay for all the shipping to China and fees associated and offered me an offensive 15% (!!!) refund. I let them know this is against the Consumer Rights Act and they offered me 25% instead! Such a joke.

Really poor quality fabrics. Still waiting for one item ordered in June. No response to enquries so far. Disappointing as I liked the designs as illustrated.

I suggest you have nothing to do with Lotimena. They seem cheap but their items are often nothing like the picture on the website and if you complain and ask to return - you find yourself paying through the nose to send the item back to China. It is just not worth it. Instead of returning they offer a 10% refund and keep the item. If you complain again - you are offered 25% refund. I will never buy from them again! Big mistake.

The dresses I received were not at all what was advertised. The fabric was see through and cheap. One dress was not even sewed correctly and the seam for the bust area was almost at my collar bone.I've emailed several times for over a week trying to obtain a returns label for no luck with email at all then i went online on the facebook and spent lots of time and i found their help which is Six zero seven𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝓇𝑒𝑒 𝑒𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉³⁴⁹⁸i reach out the company the communication was great care team was quick to respond when I contacted company and was helpful and friendly.
I have always had good, helpful and friendly service from this company

Waited 5 months for delivery of the four dresses I had ordered

On inspection, discovered all of them were Made from of the lowest possible grade of fabric. They are so bad I wouldn’t even insult my local charity shops by offering them. Instead I was forced to throw them out.

There is NO resemblance between the items displayed on website and the rubbish delivered

My advice- stay well away from these mean, low minded people

My first (and last) order arrived from this company and it was appalling. It was a cheap and nasty copy of the dress featured in the photo. I am currently trying to return requesting a full refund, but are finding this difficult.
They have requested various photos which have been sent twice as they say they haven’t received them. I have never dealt with a company like this. I have requested a phone number and address so that I can contact them directly. Interesting to see what happens as so far they have been very unhelpful. I would not trust this company and will definitely not be ordering anything else. Avoid.

This website is a total scam! The items I bought looked nothing like the ones on the website and it took weeks to get delivered. The quality is absolutely horrendous, everything made out of cheap polyester and no cotton in sight! Website also offered free first time delivery however I still got charged. Then when you try to return the items you really feel the scam as you need to send everything back to China and have to pay for it yourself including any potential customs charges. On top of that they still won't guarantee you that you get your money back so they try to bribe you with a 10% or 15% refund so that you can "pay for any alterations"!!!
Having just read some of the good reviews suddenly left I wonder how genuine they are especially as it seems all these people who left them are English (names), but can't spell or use correct grammar (just saying)

Do not buy from here cheap clothes nothing like the pictures and you have to return to China to receive a refund a SCAM
Also you cannot unsubscribe I receive emails everyday and will not stop 🛑

This company produces appalling items that bare no resemblance to the advertised goods. Do not buy from them. They do not deserve 1 star but unfortunately it seems that you have to click at least one star to be able to write a review. I will have to pay for the return of the goods to China before I am given a refund which is apparently in the ‘small print’. A total con!

This company is disgraceful! Just a means to con people out of their money. The items you receive bear no resemblance to the photographs whatsoever. Awful, cheap, nasty printed fabric, hopelessly designed and badly made. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered the lovely harlequin design jumper often shown in the Lotimena adverts but when it eventually arrived it was a cheap gaudy coloured thin polyester top which I wouldn't be seen dead in. They advertise some lovely clothes but I'd never risk ordering anything from them again.

Floryday, ChicUK, they're all the same Company in China! Photos are false and items are unwearable. DO NOT TOUCH ANY COMPANY IN CHINA!! They're all rubbish!

If I can I will not give even 1star , the all order absolutely discussed, nothing as described all lies, ripped off for bad quality and materials. Very very disappointed.

I agree with ALL these bad reviews - appalling service. They are Chinese and I knew that but I'd had clothes from a very similar company (I thought they were all the same and maybe - anyone managed to get their company information?) and the returns service there was to the UK, so assumed this was the same - No - you have to return them to China at your own expense! Appalling misinformation and service. Cliothes would have been OK IF they had fitted - but NO!

Please do not order from this company. The quality of the clothing is absolute rubbish and the returns policy ( which is not made clear at time of ordering ) means it would be more expensive to send the items back than they cost originally and still no assurance of getting a refund.

Update. Offered me 15% refund instead of sending items back. Received £2.97 of the £50+ I paid!

Rip off company. DO NOT USE..
They are based in China, tacky clothes AND WILL NOT GIVE REFUND.
PAYPAL MUST OWN THEM OR SOMETHING AS I GOT NO REFUND.

this company does not warrant any star it is awful I ordered a dress which was too small ask for a refund request was told it would arrive within 48 hours it never arrived I have now received an email telling me my return request has timed out in good faith I ordered another dress in a larger size on the 25th July it has still not arrived I have now reported them to Paypal so hopefully I will get my money back on that but what can I do with the other dress
