My review is specifically about ads like the ones from Lotimena on Facebook, they are almost all from China!! But none of them make this clear, they appear to be European or American. Always check Trustpilot before purchasing anything at all from ads on Facebook, it's rife with scam ads. Any purchase from China that advertises any product at a very low price, is a scam, be sensible, if it's priced low it's going to be inferior.

AVOID like the plague. I also wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot. This is cheap trash.The garments bear little resemblance to the photos (which are beguiling) in terms of body and texture of the fabrics used. I believe they take real items and copy the designs onto thin shiny polyester, which are then probably made up by virtual slave or child workers....I have emailed for returns label etc but suspect they either will not reply or it will be impracticable to return them. I'll have to put it down to experience. Silly me.

This top is NOTHING like the knitted jumper I ordered, I wish I had seen the reviews before placing an order. They have FLOODED Google Ads with colourful and enticing images WHICH ARE ALL TOTALLY FALSE. If I could give zero stars I would. They are THIEVES, adverts show an UK address, but has taken a month to arrive (nearly £7 postage added, £20 spent). It is sort of plastic fabric I see shell suits made from, probably not fireproof. In fact, I will probably test it, and tell trading standards. I suspect these are being shipped direct from China to avoid Customs scrutiny of bulk shipping, as I can see the Hermes label is covering another dispatch label.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought this top. Took weeks to arrive, after a prompting from me. I tried it on the same day it arrived and it did not fit. I became suspicious when reading returns notice which said all tags should be attached and garment should be unworn. I'd already noticed that it was creased in a manner that suggested it had been worn and there were no tags or paperwork apart from the returns notice. I will see how much this costs to return but I fear that I will not see a refund so I may just cut my losses and put it down to experience.

Item never arrived. After two weeks 'be patient whilst we rush your order' & offered 15% discount. After three weeks offered 20% discount but I gave up & PayPal refunded. I am not sure this company really exists.

I totally agree with the reviews. I, likewise, wish I’d read them before. The photos are sooo clever giving an entirely false impression of the quality of the goods. I ended up throwing away everything I bought because returning goods is prohibitive...so it’s a triple whammy: waste of money, no goods at the end AND polluting. Just don’t buy Lotimena or anything similar!!!

Rubbish quality and there seems to be no way to leave a review for specific items that actually works.

I completely agree with the poor reviews.
Goods from this company are substandard, mis-shaped and not worth buying.

Appalling. The items I received bear no resemblance to the photos and alleged materials of the goods ordered. How I wish I had been more careful and read these reviews. I dare not tell anybody how stupid I have been.

This company LOTIMENA operates from China they keep this very quiet and are running the ‘Chinobino’ scam where LOTIMENA send goods that are of such an inferior quality you are forced to ask for a refund.
The scam works for them as you are expected to return the inferior item at your own cost to CHINA! and that cost is usually far greater than you paid for the item.
Your only option at this stage is to open a PayPal dispute in the PayPal Resolution Centre (if you can find it!) and this is where the PayPal part of the scam the ‘PayMyChinaPal’ comes into effect.
Here begins a game of resolution tennis where PayPal monitors your message exchanges looking, it seems, for you to miss replying to anything the seller posts in a timely fashion where they will then PERMANENTLY close the case in favour of the seller. In the meantime during the ‘RESOLUTION TENNIS’ phase the seller will offer you a small percentage as a refund or slightly more if you promise not to leave a bad review! If you accept this fee for keeping quiet they then send another message offering just 15% to keep the message tennis alive giving them the advantage.
PayPal do not inform you about new seller messages and if you don’t answer the seller PayPal will PERMANENTLY close the case in favour of the seller so continually check your dispute in the resolution centre.
If you keep on top of your game PayPal will eventually send you a mail stating that your dispute will be closed in a few days unless you open an escalation of your case in the resolution centre, I did this and was waiting for them to PERMANENTLY close the case in favour of the seller because I wasn’t wearing red socks or some other such misdemeanour when an e-mail popped up stating that PayPal had refunded the complete transaction to me. So credit where due, thank you PayPal now hopefully you will pull the plug on LOTIMENA and maybe inform your clients when sellers are from China before they complete the transaction and you need to improve the resolution process to be less biased towards sellers and keep buyers fully appraised of the resolution process, especially when you are preparing to PERMANENTLY close the case in favour or the seller.
I expect LOTIMENA will now cease trading and reflect on their bad business practices perhaps they can take an example from LATIMENA which starts trading soon? It shouldn’t be too difficult because they seem to be selling exactly the same products and I mean EXACTLY the same products!

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering several items. They took weeks to arrive and when I opened the package, the items were nothing like the quality I was expecting as per the images on the website. Cheap and tacky materials. I was going to return the items until I read other reviews and see that you have to return them to china at your own cost. Not worth the trouble, which is obviously what they bank on. A very underhanded way to do business. Avoid at all cost, unless you want new dishcloths, because that's what the fabric is like.

I bought some t-shirts from LOTIMENA. The quality is LESS THAN TRASH !
They advertised COTTON and they sent cheap trash polyester.
DO NOT spend a penny on their products.
Tried to get in contact with them via e-mail .... no chance... E-mails bouncing !
Tried through PAYPAL .... no answer...
Finally managed to get in contact in order to inform them that I don't wish to keep their junk ...

Purchased two 'Tops' for my partner. They were unsatisfactory. (Bore little resemblance to illustrated items.) When I requested a return the email they sent me was contradictory to their ‘Rosy’ published returns policy. The options were accept a 15% reduction or pay to have the goods posted back to China and pay any other related cost such as customs duty. This would have been similar or greater than the cost of the goods.

Agree entirely with the awful reviews posted here.Ordered a blue green knitted jumper ,small size- photo on website shows clearly it’s a knitted product with obvious stitches on zooming in. The top that has arrived is a cheap shiny printed polyester, large size. The product is a fraud and the company is a disgrace. Uk should refuse to run these ads as they clearly contravene standards of honesty .

Total SCAM! Disgusted I didn’t read these reviews before I purchased 2 items 4 months ago. Horrible, cheap material on one of the items..the only item I have received! No response from the dodgy email address given ether.

Poor material, was told returns department episodes in China and I would have to pay costs plus and customs charges. Alternative was to accept 15% refund. Total waste of money. Don’t get caught like me.

Items that arrived are nothing like the ones on their website and are of a shockingly poor quality. Not wearable. I have contacted them 3 times asking to return the goods and be refunded, but have heard nothing. Would never purchase from this company again.

Placed an order (however after reading some reviews) I tried to cancel it mid- transaction, but unfortunately, it still went through. I immediately sent an Email notifying that I wished to cancel, and then a further 4 other separate Emails (over two weeks) to the address at the bottom of their order confirmation Email. However these were all ignored.This contravened this companies own terms and conditions which state that as a customer you have 24hrs to cancel.

Despite the above the items arrived and were all not as described, they were different in color, shapeless (as fabric had been skimped upon). The velvet coat that arrived was not velvet but polyester fleece and was three shades lighter in colour than what I had ordered.

The returns procedure is deliberately made complex to stop customers from returning items.For example they used the semantic of having to use the Email (in their returns policy) to cancel an order, rather than accept a cancellation via the Email address given at the bottom of the confirmation of order Email (which states that you can direct any questions about your order).

Important things to note:

1. This company does not have a returns address in the UK, so returns need to sent back to China (a quote for me to return the order / parcel sent was £32.99 and this was also subject to customs tax duties and other fees).

2. Altough this company states in its terms and conditions that adheres to UK and Wales Law, it does not have a Complaints procedure (as I checked on their website and requested clarification via and Email (to which I received no respnse to this issue).It also does not have a Complaints postal address, as they did Email me back today to state this.

They are also do not offer an ADR (alternative dispute resolution service) as I have received no response back to my Email seeking clarification of this either.

As a customer you have no way of disputing your order, despite all items having been mis- described, and not of satisfactory quality.

I was advised by Trading standards at the CAB that when the Trades description Act is breached the burden for the returns postage is with the seller and not the customer.

Additionally if you wanted to take this company to a small claims court you would need to do this in China because they do not have a UK address.

I was offered a 15% refund, then 25% and then 35% in the hope that I would keep the items and not pay for the return.

However I documented in full all of correspondence and the items and went to my Bank to dispute the transaction and they have now kindly refunded me.

I am so pleased as regards this outcome, as I now have all of the garments still to demonstrate if neccessary my full experience.

Quite frankly I don't know how these people sleep at night. It is certainly very un-toward and a very under- hand way of doing business.

Keep well away , the products are of a shockingly unsatisfactory nature and their customer support proved to be extremely limited and deliberately evasive in relation to the serious issues raised.

Avoid this site, please. Clothing looks v attractive and v good value but you will be v disappointed. I ordered 2 items before checking the site. On arrival the quality of one item was what you could call reasonable but the second was shocking. Not stitched in places with lettering missing. Not good believe me.

Ordered a good looking knitted top from their advert.
What arrived after chasing them was a polyester,T-Shirt material with a bad faded photo print. I've thrown out better tops than this.
Also, there is a bad bit of stitching leaving a hole between the neck and shoulder which will fall apart when wearing. Their reply was I HAVE to Pay the Return Costs??? There should be Negative stars for these people. They offered 25% discount just so it can go in the bin. Still chasing for a full refund.
UPDATE: After 15 emails Lotimena offered a refund for the item only, but not for the postage AND expected me to still to pay the return postage to China...
Contacted my bank and they did a CLAWBACK and 7 days later the full amount was back into my account. RESULT. Well done NWest
