Forgot to send out my order "it was…
Forgot to send out my order "it was forgotten on the shipping day" and is apparently lost in Indianapolis usps facility been there for over five days and hasn't moved just get a message that it's late but on the way and loup cup just says they will make sure it won't happen to the next customer horrible customer service ordered may 4th and still waiting

Don’t order from them
Ordered 17 cups two weeks ago and they haven’t shipped. Being given the same standard answer that is takes 1-2 days to ship out. It has been 12 days and no shipping. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.

Over two weeks with no order
Over two weeks with no order status update and no response from service. No sight that I will actually receive my order or that this is even legit at this point.

So far a less than 1 rating. We have been waiting weeks for delivery. Customer service is non existent. Took no time to clear my payment. Where is my product? I purchased 2 cups.

No real Customer Service or tracking number
I ordered two cups straight from their website. The USPS conformation emails give a tracking number that USPS does not recognize. It shows my order going to Arizona when I live in California It's been over three weeks and have gotten no replies to my numerous emails except for the Robo generated ones that say someone will contact me with 48 hrs. I'm hoping this is not just another scam.

Company is ok. Product less so.
The company is fine... my order arrived with a few weeks. The only issue is the product. It's a terrible cup for drinking. It dribbles. It seems like it would be a travel cup but it is not. There is no seal on the drinking side. It makes great noise... but they should advertise just as a horn, not a cup too - that part of it barely functions.

The company is a scam. They say it has been shipped, give you a fake tracking number and places it all over the place nowhere close to where you live then it gets delivered to the middle of the desert. Doesn’t return email and refuses refunds. Do not buy these cups!
