We organised RNID to do a BSL virtual taster for our organisation. It was absolutely fantastic. We’ve had such glowing positive reviews and sparked a genuine curiosity for our employees. Andrew and Lisa were a dream time - thoroughly enjoyed and can’t wait to continue to work with RNID.

Andrew was a very entertaining and informative presenter, meaning you focused entirely on the presentation, without being distracted with multi tasking. The content was pitched at a perfect level that non signers can try to learn without feeling overwhelmed and was delivered with really helpful suggestions for remembering the actions that we can relate to ourselves. I would recommend everyone has the opportunity to, and attends a session like this.

Every office should be having this session. This really helped with understanding a working with a colleague that is hard of hearing and with personal relationships.

I found the intro to BSL really fun and engaging and feel like BSL has been demystified for me and I no longer feel so intimidated by the idea of learning.
The instructor kept it light and upbeat while also explaining lots of good tips for communicating with the profoundly deaf.
At the end, I was surprised to feel really moved by the power of learning and seeing how communication had so quickly improved with learning some basic signs. As a moderately deaf person, I have felt both anxious and intimidated by the idea of learning BSL but can say that I now can see it's really empowering and I will look into developing my BSL vocabulary on my own time.

Excellent experience. Andrew was really engaging and helped ensure everyone was getting their hands right.
