I’m sharing my experience based on my involvement with Louvelli, both as someone who has contributed ideas and support regarding their products and as a party affected by their operations.

During my time engaging with the store, I actively provided input and helped improve product-related processes. However, there were issues regarding unpaid compensation that remained unresolved despite follow-ups.

On the customer side, the product received did not match what was shown on the website, which raises concerns about product accuracy and quality control. Additionally, there was no full refund provided, even when concerns were raised about the order.

I also noticed inconsistencies between the website presentation and external reviews, which makes it difficult for customers to fully trust the information being presented.

I believe the company would benefit from clearer communication, a more transparent refund policy, and better alignment between what is advertised and what is delivered.

Never ever buy from this company. They state that there return policy is 7 days. I advised that my items were if poor quality and not as advertised and they accepted my complaint asked for images that I sent immediately and on the day the parcel arriving. They said they were dealing with it and are now ignoring my emails . Quality poor and nit as advertised. You will not get your money back and poor quality . Do not shop with this company will take your money and nit return it . AVOID

Save yourself from our experience. Louvelli is a company that uses deceptive advertising to sell low-quality products and then uses a "Catch-22" returns policy to refuse refunds.
The site shows what looks like high-quality products, but instead we received items made of cheap, shiny material featuring shoddy workmanship and loose threads which don't even look close. Even the packaging is a mess, riddled with typos and misspelt words.
The "Impossible" Returns Policy - This is where they really get you. Louvelli’s policy states they only accept returns for products that are unopened and in original packaging. They actually told us to "thoroughly inspect" the order before opening the sealed packaging. How is anyone supposed to inspect the fabric quality, stitching, or fit of a garment without opening the bag? It's a logic trap designed to make sure that the moment you look at what you’ve bought, you lose your right to return it.
Do Not Buy! No reputable clothing company operates this way. They take your money, send you a "shameful" product that doesn't match the photos, and then hide behind "sanitary reasons" to deny a refund the second the plastic seal is broken. Save your money and stay far away from Louvelli.

My daughter ordered a hoodie, took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was shocking. With lettering coming off, material coming off and horrible shiny material. The 30 day guarantee is a lie. They said my pictures matched the description of the item! They do not! Getting the information to return was a nightmare, kept being offered 15% refund as you have to return to china costing £10. The item is so bad, there is no way I’d let my daughter walk around in this. They should be ashamed ripping people off like this.

Do not make the mistake my daughter made and order from this website. Not only do they sell counterfeit goods which are nothing like the photos, but they make the return process extremely difficult and just push you to have a very small refund. My daughter who spent her birthday money on it, got an insulting £3 refund for an order where she paid almost £26. They are breaking UK selling laws and pay no attention to consumer rights or trading standards.

Would rate a zero if I could, waited nearly a month for delivery can’t seem to upload a review on the website which is strange, just got my x2 hoodies in after spending £50+ look nothing like they do on the models, quality is like they were bought from Temu and the logos have been ironed on but are falling off😤 tried to contact customer support about a refund but am finding it very difficult to say the least, save your time and money and go elsewhere…

Ordered a hoodie in Jan - still nothing, numerous updates from “Charm” saying she is chasing the order but nothing yet

DO NOT order from this company. The clothes are cheap and not as advertised.

I have now been going back and forward relentlessly for a refund but they are unwilling to provide a refund unless I return the product to china at my expense.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. The hoodie I ordered was terrible quality and ill fitting. The logo was sewn on badly as an afterthought with the white reverse of the material curling so it could be seen.
Looking at the refund policy - they do not refund if the package has BEEN OPENED !!!!! So how are you supposed to see it, feel it or try it on?
They do not refund if the item TOUCHES THE BODY IN ANY WAY!!!!!!
So that’s basically refusing all refunds

I really wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I ordered a hoodie on the 13th of March 26 and received it on the 30th, after paying for next day delivery. After reading reviews though I wasn’t waiting half as long as many other people who haven’t received orders from months ago. The hoodie cost me £25 and matched the material of hoodies I have bought from temu/shein. Very poor thin shiney material. The writing over the front of the hoodie wasn’t too bad quality but didn’t look the same as photos. Absolutely wouldn’t buy from here again considering when I spend £25 on a hoodie I do expect it to at least be a somewhat good quality of material. I was planning on trying to get a refund but again, after reading reviews I don’t think I will get any money back or any acknowledgment in general. Don’t waste your money, I should have read reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a sweatshirt and 2 tops on 9th December 2025!! and I am still waiting for delivery on 25th March 26. I chase them every week and get the same stupid response that they are investigating with the courier. I think they should be blocked from the uk market place as so obviously a SCAM COMPANY

Terrible quality item, awful material, clearly ironed on graphic, took weeks to arrive. Purposely difficult returns process. Do not use.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would, I waited way over a month for my order and it still hasn’t arrived, constantly emailed for a refund and I haven’t got one, they didn’t even give me the correct tracking number and my parcel returned itself before I emailed them!! This service was appalling and a massive scam. do NOT use this brand!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a Christmas present from them in November, it's the start of March and I still haven't received it. Their customer service keeps replying to my numerous emails by saying it's in transit, be patient, can't give refund until you return the item.

I bought 2 jumpers as advertised (they looked great on ticktok!) Both very poor quality, the colours are not as advertised and I ordered both a large but sizing was definitely not correct. Tried to return the item and they’re not allowing me to!!

One star is too much. Hoodie looked nothing like the picture and the quality was so poor also comes up really small. The sizing is not correct. They don't take complaints seriously. Discussing with 'Charm', who said it fits the criteria but it looks nothing like the picture online. Isnt even the same colour. Wanted a refund but had to ship back to China at my own expense. I refused and they offered the maximum of 25% refund. Which they never put through and are now ignoring my emails. Do not buy from this company, its a massive scam! This has been going on for 2 months.

Awful. Bought a hoodie which was quite clearly counterfeit item. LOUVELLI told me I should not have opened the plastic so refused refund. What reputable seller does not allow you to open the plastic packaging? How does one check the item for quality? I raised a dispute with my bank and they agreed and obtained my money back. Louvelli is a scam. Please do not use.
