PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company, they used someone wearing a real GAP hoodie from urban outfitters without their consent and posted it on tiktok as their own product. When it arrived it was made of cheap material and the logo was printed on and looks fake as hell. Tried to get a refund from the company but they make you send it back to china (which you have to pay for) and said you only get what the product is worth not what you pay for lol.

Dreadful scam company. Hoodie from China. Awful quality- threads hanging off, badly made, logo stuck on badly, terrible material-almost plastic.
Refused to do anything other than offer anything other than 15% refund to keep the item-which is not fit for purpose so is going in the bin

Placed an order for 2 sweatshirts. Order say delivered but never received.
Company accused me of lying and point blankly refused to give me a refund or even re send order out.
No proof of delivery just what there delivery company have told them. Delivered at 01.34am supposedly.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Very rude. Just kept repeating themselves..

Awful, poorly fitting jeans, nothing like the pictures, fabric cheap. Wish I could give a zero review. AVOID. Hopefully they will be forced to stop trading and scamming people. Wish I had read these reviews before parting with my money. Disgusting that they won't refund either. I believe they are drop shipping from Ali Express, the same jeans are listed on their site. There's no transparency in their advertising, Trading Standards should be investigating them and safeguarding the public. I'm livid.

Complete con. Awful quality, fake goods. Dirty hoodie arrived with 5 holes in it, made with cheap material with fake logos ironed on. Completely fraudulent company. Reporting to police.

Never received an email confirmation. Hoodie arrived is clearly a fake and very poor quality. Asked to return to receive a refund. As I could not provide an order number due to the fact I never received an email confimation they could not trace my order. I provided a screenshot of the payment from my bank statement as evidence. Still kept asking for my order number which I could not provide as they never sent me an email confirmation. Am now stuck with a fake hoody that my daughter will never wear. Do not order from this company. Wish I had read all of these reviews before I wasted my money

Scammers avoid this company hoodie arrived damaged stiching terrible very poor quality and they have refused to refund me complete Rob dogs!!! AVOID

No returns, bought two hoodies the same size…..one fits and one is way to small. You have to email to get a return address and then pay for shipping to China! and hope one day you get a refund. I really wouldn’t bother!

Misleading Webiste Images
The item advertised was an image from a repuatable brand (only realised afterwards). The item received looked nothing like the item on the website. The buttonhole of the jeans was even sown up. After contacting them I was told this was standard maufacturing practice. They have refused to give me a refund despite advertisng 30 day money back guarantee. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Have been emailing the company to try and cancel my order yet no reply despite the fact my order hasn’t been shipped.
