This company DO NOT provide refunds if parcels are OPENED, I repeat if parcels are OPENED!! How are you supposed to even access the product and check it for sizing, faults etc if you CANNOT OPEN the parcel without voiding you legal right to a refund.
They should be avoided.

After reading the reviews on this website for this store i started panicking, I started calling my bank asking for a refund on the joggers i got but they said no, so i thought i got scammed. Turns out that my joggers did come but it took 3 weeks which is annoying but i do have to say they look exactly like the picture and even thought they have the material slightly similar to shein, i do have to say that im really happy with them and i dont regret buying them, Were they worth 26£? No. But i would trust this online store.

Completely different size and fabric to what was shown. Worse than Shein quality. Do not buy from Louvelli. Waste of my $60. I put them on and immediately felt the seams start to rip. The button barely even fit in the button hole. Genuinely completely different producted from the website. Didn't look at the materials on the tag but it felt like 100% polyester. No stretch on fabric at all.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered denim jeans, took 3 weeks to come and what arrived was NOT THE ITEM. Received some plastic nylon trousers that looked super cheaply made. Tried to return/get a refund and was offered a 20% refund and asked to pay the full postage to cover the return, which would've costed more than the item in the first place.
They are using photos of clothing items from other shops (e.g. Urban Outfitters with those jeans), passing them off as their own and then sending horrific "copies" that have no resemblance. Literally the biggest scam out there.

I saw multiple adverts on social media raving about how good quality their grey pinstripe jeans were, so I made the dumb decision of deciding to buy it. Firstly, it said next day delivery yet it took weeks to arrive which was unfair as I wanted to take them on holiday. Secondly, the product I bought is utter rubbish. The “jeans” weren’t even made of denim, just some cheap fabric so they could make all the profit. They were darker and much uglier than the photos on their website, and it was overall just false advertisement. Realistically, I want to rate this website zero, however that is not possible so it has to be one, but I would like to make it clear I wouldn’t even wish my worst enemy to shop from this website. Absolutely appalling!

On August 8th I ordered a pair of the Emma grey pin stripe jeans. Instead of “72 hour” they took 20 days to arrive. When they did arrive they were the wrong product. The trousers I received were thin pyjama material with a cheap elastic waist. The quality was so poor I have lost £29.

Ordered a pair of “jeans” in which took over a month to come with no emails or updates to then be delivered today and not even denim??? It’s some cheap pajama fabric with hems hanging loose all over it, spent £30 for some trash from china… advertising false pictures and sending crap DO NOT SHOP HERE

Honestly what is this? I paid quite a pricey amount despite them being on sale for jeans. Took a good while to arrive and no updates about it. Then when they do arrive today, they aren’t denim, it looks cheap and the material is nothing like the picture. I email these people out of true question and fairness, just to see a few minutes later that people are trying to log into my email. Not sure if this is the company, but either way this is a disgrace and the clothing is nothing but mediocre.

The company state in their website that they offer a 30day money back guarantee but they send out parcels already opened and they tell you they will not refund a parcel that’s been opened! 1 it was damaged on delivery (deliberate) 2 how do you know if it’s correct item of unopened!? They offered a 20% refund but I refused and told them I would report them.. they are now offering a 50% refund last chance I was told!! Are you kidding me!!?? I think there are a few companies on TikTok doing the exact same so beware of anything looking too good to be true and avoid ads on social media!!!

Absoulte scam ordered low rise jeans and they came and looked like bin bags, will only offer me a 20% refund as I have opened the package to try on, also smelt like vinegar, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE Terrible quality - product looks nothing like advertised. Returns only accepted if you return to China and I doubt very much you would receive a refund if you posted back. Rude and very unhelpful customer service team.

Be aware this company will take your money. Clothings is not what it looks like and when you want a refund you have to send it back yourself to China which costs more than what you paid.

Kept on receiving messages saying my order is delayed. When I emailed to ask when I can expect my order I did not get any response.

This company is truly a scam. I bought a dress that looked gorgeous, a shameful dress arrived. impossible to wear it, it's irritable, I couldn't even wear it at carnival. a real scam. the return costs the same as the dress, therefore it is impossible to return it. they should be reported

Haven’t gotten my package yet so I cannot say if it’s any good or not but I payed £6 for next day delivery over a week ago and still haven’t received my package

do NOT buy from this place!!! They completely scammed me. I ordered a hoodie that looked lovely and spent £30. Turns out they had taken an ad from somewhere else and they sent me a completely different hoodie to the picture and ad which looked and felt like it was worth about £5. Absolute disgrace! I emailed them and they said because I had opened the package that they couldn’t accept a return which is completely unreasonable.

Shocking !! I ordered a denim top and it was a complete different product, they have sliced a refund so i’ve have to threaten a charge back and small claims court, and it also took three weeks to get to me

Ordered the beige kimi mesh ruffle too and got scammed completely. Received a disgustingly coloured yellow top made out of what felt like nylon fabric. And it took almost a month to arrive when it should have taken a week and when I contacted them they just said it was waiting to be picked up. When I received it, like any normal person I opened it to check it was the right product which it wasn’t and contacted them about it, they said since it had been opened they couldn’t accept returns which is utterly ridiculous???? They then refused to refund me my money so I disputed it with my bank and got my money back. NEVER BUY FROM HERE ITS A COMPLETE SCAM
