Scam, do NOT buy from here!! The photos they use are false advertisement, I bought a hoodie from here and it's totally different from the photos - they say that their products are high quality but they're not. I've tried to request a refund but they aren't helping!!
They say on their website '30 day money back guarantee' but I can't even process a refund, just want my money back.

Total scam. Ordered two pairs of sweatpants. The measurments do not match the information on the site. They would not refund since tha package has been opened (how in the world would one know the product is not what it promises??). Am sorry for not being cautious and reading your reviews before ordering.

Silly me for not reading the reviews before purchasing. This is a proper scam! Ordered 2 hoodies in small size… but they are way too small than standard and the one in pink the colour is completely off. I have asked for returning the items but they won’t accept returns as the item has been opened….. this is rip off! Stay away

SCAM!! DO NOT BUY from Louvelli! Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews on Trust Pilot before buying two hoodies for my daughter’s birthday. The website falsely claims the products are high quality but they are extremely poor. I have been successful in getting chargeback from my bank and would advise others to try.

I ordered a hoodie for £43 and changed my mind within 1 hour of placing the order.

LOUVELLI said the item has been dispatched and the order could not be cancelled (I don't believe this, nobody ships within 1 hour).

I then received several messages (copy + paste text) to say due to hygiene reasons, the item falls outside of their returns policy. I have told them many times, the item has not even been delivered, so we are fully within our rights for a full refund.

3 weeks after placing the order, no refund, no order.

This company are fraudulent and I have raised a dispute with ApplePay for theft by deception.

Items arrived and look nothing like advertisement! Also requested cancellation and this was refused! Requesting return and this is also being refused!!!

Avoid at all costs - paid 24.99 for a falsely advertised hoodie. It came in the post after weeks (even though I paid £7 for next day delivery) and looked absolutely nothing like the advertised pictures - completely different hoodie. Also a very cheap stiff and thin fabric feels like literal plastic and it’s not wearable. When I contacted them about this asking to arrange a return they completely refused because I “had opened the package”??? How are u supposed to know if you’ve been given the correct product without opening the package? So I asked them once again to arrange a return and they emailed me with a Chinese address to post the hoodie back to, the return label would’ve cost MORE than the hoodie so I asked them to provide a return label and have been completely ignored ever since. Complete scam

Do not purchase, pictures are misleading as the hoodies are beyond tacky, cheap material when looks very thick/decent material online. Can literally see through the jumper, extremely disappointed after paying £7 shipping that took two weeks also.

absolutely horrible paid 25 quid for the loveliest jumper and it came in this cheap material and looks nothing like the picture, when i went to refund they said i can’t send it cos i opened the package, who downs ripens. a package when it comes so they made no effort to refund you or let you return it. just steal your money

Teenage daughter ordered, no confirmation email received. When emailed & requested refund, copy & paste email sent back saying opened items couldn't be refunded. NO ITEMS HAD BEEN SENT OR RECEIVED.

Absolute scam. I ordered and then decided to check if it was a scam after. Immediately I requested a refund (10 minutes after order) and received a message saying they have a no refund policy!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Same as many of the other reviews, my daughter ordered a hoodie, eventually arrived, looked nothing like the item advertised. Horrendous quality. She used her pocket money to buy this, may as well have thrown £25 in the bin, they have no intention of refunding and even if we send it back to China tracked, we will get nothing, if anything back. Total scam, AVOID.

Hoodie is pink shiny polyester not at all what was described and I dunno how to get my money back? I seem to have no evidence of receipt or order except I see it being taken out of my bank and hoody arrived with no notes

Absolute waste of my money. Wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Took weeks to arrive, wrong tracksuit sent, very poor material. May aswell have just burnt £35!!!!!

All the reviews are true! Mine arrived today after such a long wait, and it’s not red it’s like a neon red/pink, awful quality! Plastic feel, just like the cheapest hoodie you could imagine. Nothing like the images! Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering - don’t anticipate I’ll actually get a refund either

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE Wish I done my research before ordering this Hoodie that my daughter liked. It took a roundabout three weeks to arrive which Is much longer than they stated. Not too much of a problem as it wasn’t an urgent order, but something to bear in mind.

When it finally did arrive, we could see from the clear bag that it was in that it looked nothing like the picture that I had ordered. In the picture there is a small sewer in white tag/label on the corner pocket, which there is not on the Hoodie that I have received. It is also made out of a really cheap shiny material that you can see without even having to take the item out of the bag.

Due to their refund policy, I made sure that we didn’t do this and we kept the item in the clear bag and didn’t remove it as it was clear from looking at it that it was not good quality and my daughter would not wear it. Plus the fact that it didn’t look anything like the picture. In my opinion, this is miss selling, To advertise and have pictures of a certain item that Is not the same as the item you receive.

I have contacted them for a refund. They have again stated their refund policy that they will not refund it if it is removed from the original packaging and has been worn due to sanitation. I have Told them that we did not remove it from the original packaging because we could see the quality of it through the clear bags that they packaged it.
After denying me a refund, they did finally come back to me saying I could get a refund if I posted the item back to the address they sent me which was in China! Costing a considerable amount to post the item back, which I would not get any refund on any postage, so the item that I paid £25 for I would actually be getting refunded very little of that amount.
They know full well with their refund policy that they have no intention of refunding anybody. Even though it states 30 day money back guarantee! They make it new on impossible for you to get a full refund on the items you have bought.

The quality of these products is horrendous cheap knockoffs from China!

DO NOT BUY from this company, the quality of the products is very poor, They do not look like the items that are pictured. I do believe this is miss selling and please make sure you look at the refund policy. Most people would automatically try on something they have bought online to check it fits and if you do that they were 100% not give you a refund.
