Disappointing and misleading returns policy.

Tried the cat food and unfortunately mine didnt take to Lovebug. Requested a return which has been granted but will need to be self paid. This differs to what their website states at time of posting:

"...If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package"

I loved Lovebug but unfortunately my cats didn’t. 😿

Easy to order, can order 1 small bag to try without signing up to a subscription, delivery was within a couple of days of ordering, but sadly my cat who isn’t usually fussy doesn’t like the taste and won’t eat it on its own. 🙁

I'm so grateful for this limited ingredient dog food! My sensitive pup had no issues with this formula, and his skin and coat have noticeably improved. It's a relief to find a product that meets his dietary needs without compromising on quality.

This is my second purchase. I want to feed my cat in a more sustainable way and stop supporting the factory farming of mammals Luckily she loves Lovebug!

Easy to order either as a one off or subscription option.
The crunch arrived within 72 hours. The cat loves her bug crunch, so good around.

Service/delivery were fine but I’m afraid that our cats disliked it. Even the stray that we occasionally feed wouldn’t eat it. However, the Hedgehog that visits our garden enjoyed it. I know people whose cats love it but just not for ours. Sorry but we won’t be ordering it again.

Recently, the fact that there was no cat food in stock at all wasn't mentioned anywhere on their website. I contacted customer services and was told it was due to 'logistical issues'. Is it back in stock? Who knows, they haven't told me...

Our cat loves these biscuits. She has them every day as a snack. When empty she sits by the box of supplies looking at us.

Love the idea of a more environmentally friendly cat food and my cat liked it once he got used to it. However the customer service is just terrible. I set up a recurring order to make sure my cat would always have plenty of food. It doesn’t work and the customer service agents only reply to some messages and ignore others. I’ve been given incorrect information several times and no food has been delivered so I’m going to have to go out and buy a different brand, then transition my cat to the food all over again. Doesn’t feel like the business cares about customers or animals.

Great service, my cat has a very sensitive tummy so this was a good replacement biscuits. Such a unique concept too. Well done.

Our cat loves the food, and delivery has always been prompt and well-packaged. I also like how flexible the subscription is, so if we are going away we can delay an order.

My cat loves her bug food. She’s healthy, alert & playful. It comes in recyclable packaging and is better for the planet. I love the price.
