Turns out it's just a fancy website reselling cheap crap from AliExpress with huge markups. Ordered something and it took over a month to arrive wrapped in a cheap plastic bag and sticky tape with an AliExpress label.

This is nothing but a scam, do not purchase anything here. First, it shows up on your credit card bill as love plugs, that’s the first scam, then they say they cannot deliver in 4-5 days as it is shipping from overseas, many weeks, hoping you will not dispute, sorry I do dispute, go elsewhere and don’t be scammed 😡

Been waiting for an order since early November( it’s April) customer services are a waste of time because they don’t do anything, just repeat the same lines of ‘it’ll be delivered soon’ in what world does 5 months count as soon!

Absolutely rubbish
I tried to cancel the order they refused, they also refused to refund my money and then blocked all email contract, DON’T go near them, I’ve reported them to trading standards and I’m not the first person to do so

Don't believe shipping estimates on site. Extremely long almost 2 months delays and customer service useless

I was refused a refund when I requested one minutes after it processed. I was trying to see what shipping would cost and it processed instead of giving an estimate.
They claim it "shipped an hour after" ordering. Terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone even visit the site!

I love the way they put up a handful of self made 5 star reviews every time they get a poor one.
Here is what’s wrong with them:
Shipping takes forever - comes from China by raft I guess
Quality is poor - last plug disintegrated
Packaging is ridiculous- nothing discreet at all
Customer service- non existent
Returns- don’t try …they won’t allow it

Products came out good, but customer service was awful. Refused to cancel my order even way before it had been shipped. Delivered it to the wrong door with packaging that completely revealed what was inside, which was mortifying. Never ordering here again

Item was never delivered, confirmed with the courier that they sent it to the wrong address. Loveplugs REFUSED to provide a refund even though they knew I never received the item. STAY AWAY!

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews but I am a real ass person I ordered 10 days ago and received my tail today. It was in a plain box with no label ( very discrete) and the quality is great! I read a review that said the tail and plug are held together with a staple lol that’s not true lol. I do live in US so I can’t speak for outside delivery but it does not come from China arriving this quickly so jot that down lol

This isn't a safe place to purchase from if you are in the UK.
Firstly, items take a long time to arrive as they have to come from abroad then get shipped on to your UK address.
They do not accept PayPal.
Returns have to go to the USA! So it's pretty much not worth returning anything anyway.
And the worst bit..... items arrived in a Jiffy bag. With no inside box type packaging. It was completely obvious what was inside. Thanks for that.

These are cheap Chinese crap that I highly doubt pass U.K. safety regulations!
Mine was over two weeks late because apparently it was coming from their warehouse. Yeah I’m China! Box and instructions all in Chinese. No English anywhere to be seen and no saftely certificates!
It was also broke!
I demanded a refund which they then told me I’d have to pay to get it sent back to USA??? At my own cost!
Once I threatened with phoning my bank to get a refund over trading standards issues. They sent a refund and said I could keep the item!

The color combinations of their plugs are to die for! Don't expect to buy just one--it won't happen. You'll eventually end up getting two or three items because it's hard to decide which is the prettiest of them all.

Warning! The item was real fur! Probably dog, not synthetic as advertised!

Look at all UK and international reviews. Why are they all 1 star? Why are all US reviews short and generic? To summarise everyone's points in the 1 star reviews, Loveplugs is a 'dropship' company advertising fake Chinese brands.

The caricatures in the about page is decieving instead of using authentic information of real people or places, it descibes a fake, generic goal that all these companies use to hide that they're dropshipping and don't care about customer experience. In fact, the generic spelling errors scattered on a lot of pages indicate that the whole site is just no longer regulated despite how old they are.

Most items are suspiciously cheap or always on sale to void returns policies to lure customers into buying without reading the policy buried in the middle of the returns page.

The coupon draw is a fake lottery designed to give everyone the same reward and is the same template used in other websites so look for these spinning lottery draws and avoid them like corona.

Shipping time is advertised at within 4 days but only have one number and "prefer email" to which has no email address on the contact page. You'll need to pay extra to talk to someone right away. If you want to return something, you also have to pay shipping to the one location in US that looks like apartments.

And these are just points taken or added from these reviews. Don't even get me started searching Reddit because they say the same. I'm sure someone else can review the in-person shopping experience and find some good things there but for outside the US: Avoid like corona.

What can we learn from this? Just look at Loveplugs as a generic example of what not to order from. Check the about page and returns policy for the deceptive wording and simple frequent spelling mistakes. Check the contact page for local numbers and
addresses or lack of it. Most importantly, CHECK TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS for reviews in YOUR AREA. Had I checked here first then I would not have had to do all this review but I hope it helps someone.

Products were not as described.
Two items in order (estimated delivery time 4-5 days) took 12 days (first item) and 33 days (second item) respectively.
Products poorly packaged.

Returns made virtually impossible as shipping costs back to US address (despite company operating with UK base) would be almost the same as the original item cost.

Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Will never buy from here again and will actively discourage others to do so.

Terrible company. Scammers. Ignore fake reviews. It says uk but they ship from China and elsewhere. First thing I ordered they didnt have It so have things on site they dont have in stock. Took weeks to arrive. When it did arrive I wasnt in no card put through door so item then returned. I didnt even know delivery was attempted. They agreed to reship and I complained about length of time and courier. They then said different courier would deliver but clicked link and it was with same courier. Link also said 34 days to deliver? No attempt choose faster shipping method or do anything to rectify mistakes made. Takes ages for them to email back. Its weeks later and still waiting and looks like it wont arrive soon.
Long line of overseas scammers who claim to be uk seller adding uk to title and website. They told me they have uk warehouse but ship from overseas if they dont have item.
So lottery where your item actually comes from whilst lying about being a uk seller.
Takes ages to arrive.
Cheapest dodgy couriers used.
Take ages to respond to emails.
No offers of compensation.
They dont care.
Pay little extra and use a reputable vendor who dont lie on their website to get your money.
Do not use.
Avoid.

They are absolute liars. Haven't actually ordered anything, but I won't either from what I've seen. Recently for Easter or something they have put up a wheel of discounts for you to try your luck on, but this is absolutely fake! On the wheel they have items like "Free jewel plug" and other awesome looking discounts, but after looking at the source code of the page, the only discounts you can actually get are 10% discounts and 5% discounts! I refuse to buy products from such scummy companies, and it looks like other reviews aren't that great either.

Waited over a month for my delivery to arrive and it eventually did, but it didn't say it was coming from China. Also emailed them to complain and they gave me a discount code which didn't even work. Absolutely avoid

Everything was good except the shipping. I selected 2 say shipping and my order came in 6 days instead of 2. I don't mind, since the 2 day shipping was on sale for the same price as 1 week shipping, but I still don't like the false advertisement. I also suggest only using this site if you're in the US, as all other countries seem to have the product shipped from China and not the US
