It’s been more than a month since my order and I have yet to receive it. I am not able to request a refund either - should have used PayPal. That’s 50 bucks down the drain.

Should’ve read the reviews beforehand. My package has not seen a scan in over 2 months and they will not offer me any kind of refund, they refuse to accept that it is lost.

Do yourself a favor and do not use this scam website.

My best butt plug came from this shop. They have lots of good products, it's hard to choose just one. You better get your cards ready.

Still don't have my order. Been more than a month. My order ended up in another province. Didn't realize that the item would drop ship from China. Would not recommend. Customer service is less than useless. Make sure you use Paypal you need the extra protection.

Eta.. Been a few more weeks. Still not here. Tracking still hasn't updated and they clearly don't care. Would not give my business to ever again.

Had a few issues with this lot with a incorrectly supplied item, turned out it was out of stock so they supplied close, but not quite what I wanted, a few silly suggestions about future purchase discounts, having to return it at my expense etc etc.

But to give them their due, eventually they agree I could keep the incorrect item and gave a full refund.

I'm pleased with the result, but, Oh, it was hard yakka.

Fraudulent company, based in China, any correspondence with them was me asking where my order was to a reply of a few lines of badly translated English saying (I think) that they're sorry it didn't arrive in time even though it still had time to arrive for valentine's Day at that point. Heard nothing back since. Order I made was not dispatched within 2 weeks, so I have cancelled the order and in all honesty don't expect to get my money back so will claim it back through my card.

I bought some stuff from this website without checking carefully on Trustpilot. What can I say: the package arrived in less than a month (from China to Europe is not THAT bad), although some strange stops in Democratic Republic of Congo (tf?).
The quality is awful. *Do not take the risk of putting in to your orifices things that are clearly not safe.*
The silicone stuff smelled like paint and the fur looks nice but not $30 worth.

I bought a glass butt plug, expecting not amazing quality but at least serviceable. The plug took weeks to arrive and upon inspection had stress lines inside. This plug wasn't worth the £26 I paid, it's some £5 dropshipped crap. I contacted customer service and after arguing for a few days I threatened legal action at which point they FINALLY gave me a refund. If you're going to waste money on internal haemorrhaging at least pay less for it on aliexpress or something. Read the 5* reviews, they all follow the same bland format and are clearly paid for by loveplugs. Loveplugs is also associated with lock the cock so I'd suggest not buying there either.

Tl;dr please don't waste your money here.

Much like others have discovered this company is a fraud! Claiming shipping will occur in 4-5 days when it's all dropshipped from China and takes months instead. Customer support is barely existent and they might as well tell you to get lost.

If you are in Australia don't order from this website because you will be waiting a month to get your items. Super slow delivery.

Anal beads are the best feeling and so I got some from LovePlugs and they were great! And easy to clean afterwards too!

When they say they have tail plugs, they mean it! There are literally hundreds to choose from! And I have always found them to be a really high quality, very impressed by LovePlugs

Plugs never arrived. It's a fraud based on a well done website.

I bought a fox tail with the small pink silicone plug. The fur was ok, the silicone plug was a very comfortable shape, and it was fun for her to try for the first time. But as we were engaged in DS position, the tail just popped off, leaving the plug in place. I picked up the tail and found it was a metal “staple” that was the only thing holding the tail to the plug. I pushed it back in to keep enjoying, but it just falls out with the slightest movement. I emailed Love Plugs and their response was “ it’s not made for tugging on.” I never tugged it, not once. I did flip it up and over her butt, but, nevertheless, I didn’t “pull” on it. Their response really put me out. The quality is not that great for the price.. I’ve used other manufacturer’s products that lasted for a long time with frequent use and NEVER came apart even if we DID pull on them. So, if you don’t want an attitude when you report an issue with their products, pass on Love Plugs and go somewhere else..

This company is fraud, ordered stuff more than a month ago and still not arrived. The reviews that are written over here are fake, the service is terrible and staff lying that it will be "a few more days". They will take your money and leave you with nothing, had to report this sensitive issue to my bank to get a refund. Awful and unprofessional experience, avoid at all cost!

I order 3 items which looked great. I read the shipping info they provide before ordering and even though they pretend to be Canadian it says they are shipping from the US.

My items shipped from China. I am still waiting for them. I mean if I actually get my items and they are of good quality I will change my review a bit.

This isn't a uk based company. Items shipped eventually from China in packaging you may be familiar with cheap unbranded Chinese shipping, grey bag and bubble wrap.
The web shop front is very nice, but the shipping is certainly some unknown Chinese warehouse and nothing to the slick website expectation.
Either buy direct from a Chinese trader or a local trader, not this "uk/us" shop.

This is a real company, fast deliver and great communication.

The designs LOOK great, however, the T-shirts are an odd material.

2xl is comparable to a UK (Average fit) Medium. Not impressed by the tshirt fit/style.

DO NOT buy from here, all their reviews are fake to cover up the multiple real ones which are all bad. This company poses as a US/UK company that claim to ship after 4 days. That’s a lie, this is a Chinese company with month long shipping, quality of their products are terrible. Avoid at all costs extremely disappointed with this company.

False information on the website about being made from faux fur. The tail I received was made in china not uk and was real fur. Horrified.
