Having used LoveSilver.com for a few years and always loved what I have bought for both myself and as gifts, plus always having a good experience with them, I decided to treat myself to a necklace. It arrived very quickly, well packaged and presented in a lovely dove grey box, with tissue paper. I am so pleased with the necklace, plus the fact that it gives the option to wear it at two different lengths. It is always nice to be able to buy with confidence from a company!

Bought a necklace for my partner as part of a christmas present to remember his late father, by January the clasp had broken and contacted customer services who were extremely helpful and quick to resolve our issue. They've agreed to send out a new necklace at no cost as a replacement. The pendant is beautiful and my partner loves it so I am pleased they helped solve the issue so quickly. Looking forward to receiving the new necklace.

Bought necklace for wife with infinity cham soon as I tried putting on it snapped sent back they offered replacement necklace for extra £30 already paid £180 for necklace asked for refund but they say don't do refunds for engraved charm and offered £130 as a refund had to accept as did not want to pay extra and necklace and charm looked really cheap will not use place again don't recommend avoid place

I did read the reviews on here before I bought the bracelet from lovesilver.com and I'm glad I didn't listen to them!
I'm happy with the bracelet I purchased.
The inscription is clear and easy to read.
I am now going to wear it for a bit before I put it on my Mum's wrist.
I know my Mum would have loved this bracelet. It is beautiful and dainty.
I only wish it could have arrived quicker but tbf it did arrive before the date they said.

Very disappointed with a keyring with an etched picture of my granddaughter. I bought it as s present for her mother. It is so poor that I cannot gift it! I complained with photos but they said that there is nothing wrong with it and I could send it back for them to look at it but if they think it's ok from the photos I can see no point in sending it back. Shoddy customer service and shoddy product.

My point, LoveSilver is that you shouldn’t have to take the item over to the window to be able to see the picture! Lesson learned!

I purchased a Medic Alert silver bracelet two months ago but only started wearing it on September 2nd and it is already tarnished! Because it has been engraved I can't send it back. It cost £50. Obviously poor quality and wouldn't not recommend this company. Part of Etsy

Necklace I purchased for my Husband for our anniversary has gone black and broken within less than 2 weeks!! Emailed customer services and heard nothing back. So disappointed, and really wish I'd read the reviews on here before purchasing 😪

I brought my husband a silver necklace with a st Christopher and within a week it's gone black! I sent an email and was told this is normal for silver to do this! Well I have worn silver for many years and nothing has ever done this. I'm really annoyed as I brought for our anniversary. Would not recommend. Seems a scam to me

Absolutely the best customer service ever, they have always been so helpful and the quality of the products are amazing, never been disappointed and made more than 3 orders, Iv had bits for me and the husband and we are delighted with every item, customer service is the best and so helpful all the time, always respond to emails within minutes, fabulous all round

None of their products are real silver, just plated....
Both the chain and pendant I purchased have tarnished after 2 weeks. Customer Services is a complete waste of time so just don't bother buying from this outfit..

The silver neckless had a locket and after only opening it once it now doesn't close anymore. I have contacted lovesilver 3 times and asked for help but was ignored and never received a reply. We are very disappointed and can't recommend ordering products from lovesilver.

Had a problem with an item I bought. Customer service were excellent and sent a replacement immediately.

Wrong item sent to me. No one answering phone as ‘working from home due to covid’ really? No reply to any emails. Avoid at all costs. Cheap rubbish and very poor service.
