I bought an engraved bracelet for my 11 year old boy. When i got it the chain was very small and not really adequate for children and after a few weeks my boy was playing and it snapped . I got in touch with love silver about potentially getting it repaired and they said it doesnt come under warranty and i need to go a an independant jewellers. I questioned why such a small flimsy chain when its advertised as a childs bracelet and was told my child should have been more careful 😯 and a thicker chain would have been more money , quite poor and rude really . The engraving is ok hence why this company are not getting zero stars . Would advise to stay away and christmas shop elsewhere.

I purchased a gift for my wife during Nov 2017 prior to our honeymoon.
On arrival I was disappointed by the quality , however I kept it as an additional gift.
Within 3 months the link came apart ,the main key split ring bent when fitting to keys.
The silver fob marked so easily which results in a neglected look .
The customer services department are not customer friendly quoting
Outside of warranty (3 months old) , also suggesting it had received “some force” to become disfigured !
We are mature professionals ( 50’s) not people who neglect jewellery !
I would never recommend this company who as a gesture of goodwill will replace the link which will no doubt come apart in no time at all!
Disgraceful customer services and poor quality over priced products!
