Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Signed up and activated the account via text. Was unable to login to my account. They took the money . Could login via web but not the app. And when I logged it in wouldn’t allow me to use any benefits and asked me to pay. Contacted via email and Facebook- no useful response . Asked them to cancel the account so they don’t take any more money and the haven’t done it just gave me online instructions when I already stated I’m unable to do that

The ppl who work there
was not available to found on my scanning barcode any drinks and popcorn ,wich one was included when I buy my ticket
The codes was showing just cinema tickets so ye my kids was so upset ?not buying again so disappointed !
And how this is safe 48%
I pay fir ticket 38.25 only tikes (supposed to be included drinks and popcorn) never get one and on top my vue seats was 28.99
And 48%safe ? How ? If is only showing on my page 2.55
Explain please?

Not sure if my review went through last…

Not sure if my review went through last time as I can’t see it, so I’m posting again.

Awful experience. I cancelled my Kids Pass account multiple times and each time they confirmed it had been cancelled. Despite this, they continued to take money from my bank account.

I provided all email evidence showing proof of cancellation but they still refused to acknowledge this or issue a refund. They also avoided answering any questions when asked why this had happened.

In the end I had to escalate the matter with my bank.very disappointing

Having looked into this further, we’ve identified that an additional account had been set up under a different email address. As our team were only provided with one set of details, they were unable to locate and cancel the second account at the time.

Bought a cineworld voucher but it…

Bought a cineworld voucher but it doesn't work. When I use the voucher on Cineworld website, Ilford it still shows full price and the worst part it adds extra £1. I tried for both group 2 and 3 theatre but it's the same.I have wasted my money. Never again using this site which seemed to me a scam

We’ve tested your cinema code at the Cineworld Ilford location, and it appears to be working correctly on our end. When booking your tickets, please make sure you are not selecting a standard ticket in addition to entering your code, as this will add an extra ticket to your booking. Once your code is entered, the ticket is automatically applied free of charge.
